Our main source of GHG emissions is purchased electricity. Pursuant to Article 9 of the "Energy Administration Act", TAILYN is a large electricity user with a contracted capacity of 800KW or more, which should save 1% or more electricity each year. As stipulated in the Article, an energy management organization has been set up to be responsible for formulating and implementing audits. TAILYN has set an annual electricity saving objective of 1% or more for 2016-2020 (in 2019, as a result of investment in production equipment, the electricity rate was 0.8%). The achievement of energy conservation and carbon reduction is facilitated and reviewed by the Company's CSR organization.
