Tapestry Development Group is a Decatur, Georgia-based non-profit organization dedicated to the development of quality, affordable rental housing. We serve as an owner and developer on affordable housing development throughout the Southeastern United States, with a special focus on working with non-profit housing owners and with public housing authorities. We also offer consulting services to a select number of affordable housing developments... We target the rents for our developments to be truly affordable to the households we serve. We balance this commitment to affordability with the need for a development to remain financially healthy long-term.
