John P. (Sean) Cummings Jr. - President

As Founder and Owner of Quest Realty, Inc. and Templar Development, Inc., Sean began his career in real estate in the early 1980's after receiving his Bachelors of Business Administration in Real Estate Finance from Texas Tech University. Sean received his real estate license in 1985, and in 1986, he founded Quest Realty, Inc. As owner of Quest Realty, Inc., Sean managed over 30 agents and personally closed over 1,200 real estate transactions as a licensed real estate broker. Beginning in 1993, Sean founded Templar Homes and made the transition to the development side of real estate. He managed all facets of construction of approximately 100 houses with sale prices as high as $1.5 million. After six years of working as a custom home builder, Sean began to shift more towards the commercial development of office condominiums and retail centers throughout Texas. Templar Development, Inc. was officially founded in 2005, and since its early inception as Templar Homes, Sean has successfully developed and sold two office condominium projects in Austin, totaling approximately 100,000 square feet. He currently manages and oversees the design, entitlements, construction, and disposition of property for Templar. He is also coordinating eight tracts of land in the Austin area which total a planned 390,000 square feet of mixed retail and office uses to be developed over the next three years. Not only is Sean working hard on the development side of his projects, he is also still an active broker for Quest Realty, Inc., the exclusive listing agent for all of Templar Developments projects.

Rachael Cummings

Rachael Cummings graduated from the University of Texas in 2012 and went on to pursue her career in design and project management at Macy's corporate offices. While at Macy's, Rachael was selected to join the Executive Development Program, where she honed her skill set in visual design. Her role included interior design, store set-up and lay-out execution, and the management of large-scale vendor installations. At Templar Development, Rachael manages key relationships with clients, sub-contractors, and trade entities as a visual consultant and project manager, leading major interior and exterior design efforts for the firm.
