Barbra joined Symphony Placements in November of 2022. She brings several years and facets of experience in recruiting and management. In addition to her love of recruiting, she has found leading, coaching, and creating healthy work environments to be most fulfilling.
Outside of work, Barbra is passionate about dog rescue and fostering dogs in need. She enjoys hiking with her husband, bonfires, indoor cycling, listening to music (especially Eric Church) and spending time with her adult children and their fur babies who reside in Florida and South Carolina respectively.

Chelsea McCrickard joined Symphony Placements November of 2020. She has a passion to help others to succeed and to find their dream job.. When Chelsea is not at work you will find her outside spending time with her family or cheering on her kids at a sporting event. She is outgoing, bubbly and adventurous.
Debra is a recruiter for Symphony Placements. She has over twenty years' experience as a retail executive, managing over forty million dollars annually. Debra is the proud mother of two boys. Debra enjoys cycling and has completed three 100-mile single day bike rides. She also enjoys skiing and swimming. Most weekends Debra spends traveling with her fiancé to watch her boys compete in triathlons and lacrosse games.

Judy joined Symphony Placements in July, she wears many hats and quickly became a valued member of the company. Some of her responsibilities include making sure each of our employees are properly paid every week, she performs all of the background searches and references.
No wonder Judy dived right in to her workload. She spent 25 years as a member of The State of Md. Correctional System, retiring with a rank of Lieutenant. Judy is married to another retired correctional officer and is a mother to one child and 2 step children. Judy is also a grandmother to 5.
Judy is an outgoing, tell like it is, individual who has endeared herself to the rest of Symphony's family. When not keeping everyone straight at the office she enjoys, church, spending time with her family and looking forward to what her husband has cooked her for dinner.

Nicole joined Symphony Placements in early 2018. She is a graduate of AIU International with a degree in Business Administration. She has a long history of customer service and work towards helping candidates find placements they will be happy with.
When not in the office Nicole loves spending time with her family and her six cats. She's a huge Pittsburg Steelers and Baltimore Orioles fan. She enjoys that rain, reading and being crafty.

Sabrina Mayo is the Director of First Impressions at Symphony Placements. From answering busy phones to greeting the many applicants and visitors to Symphony Sabrina's day flies by very quickly. Prior to joining Symphony's family Sabrina was with Health Choice for sixteen years where she performed excellent customer service.
Sabrina really loves dogs, loves to travel, decorate her home and shops both in store and online. Her workmates tease her about her appetite and love of good food. She especially enjoys Mondays when the owner brings homemade soups and desserts. Sabrina is a devoted mom to her three beautiful daughters. And became a grandmother 2 years ago to beautiful little boy. She is very friendly and family oriented.

Wanda holds a unique perspective on the ever-changing staffing industry after being a part of the business for over twenty years. She is constantly researching the professional world so her clients can learn how to effectively represent themselves as excellent candidates for any job market. From interviewing, hiring practices, and resume services, Wanda offers effective solutions in all situations. In addition to offering quality service, Wanda's acute awareness of her industry helps Symphony Placements remain a top leader in the job placement arena.
Wanda understands the difficulties her clients face in the job market. In an industry that changes constantly, she has revised her practices to meet the needs of prospective job seekers. She also ensures all her employees receive the proper training to make them prime candidates for jobs throughout Maryland. From resume writing, training, and assessment tools, Wanda makes certain her candidates are ready for the job.
Born and raised in Baltimore, Wanda is happily married with one son, who is an entrepreneur in custom building. Although she resides in Hunt Valley, Wanda keeps a healthy sense of adventure. She loves any opportunity to travel, dance, and laugh. Her family and her community are an important part of her success. Through her achievements as a businesswoman, she uses her organization skills to make a difference in the community. She volunteers and serves non-profits around the area, and mentors young people seeking to achieve the same kind of success.
