Swati is a qualified Architect from the premier School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi. She is also a member of Indian Institute of Interior Designers (IIID), New Delhi.
Swati has over 20years of experience in Design, which ranges from large scale campus planning, buildings and interiors to micro-detail of specific applications. Over two decades, she has consistently honed her skills and experience designing interior spaces for corporate offices and institutions. She has travelled extensively and has a wide exposure to the latest trends in design, art and architecture.
She is also a keen proponent of the ‘Green Revolution' and the same comes through in all her design expressions. Swati is most admired for her natural talents and for delivering innovative design solutions. She designs within the constraints allocated to the work at hand, while being sensitive to the image that is created through her work.

Vipin is a qualified Architect from the premier School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi. He is also a member of Indian Institute of Interior Designers (IIID), New Delhi and Project Management Institute (PMI), Pennsylvania.
Vipin has over 20years of experience of leading and directing projects across various sectors & built a reputation for consistently delivering quality and design-intensive projects on time and within budget.
Vipin is an avid learner and is constantly upgrading his experience & skills. The entire Project Management processes of Synergy have been modelled on the PMP knowledge areas. He has also undertaken on-line certification courses from Harvard Business School and is constantly applying his learning to solve complex management problems.
He is an optimist at heart and is always looking forward with zest to help his clients with handling new challenges.
