ADVANCED KNEE CARE

Accepting New Patients in Clinic and Performing Surgery until "late 2024". Doctor Tarlow is retiring from Knee Surgery in Q4, 2024. While I desire to continue to practice the craft I was born for, I acknowledge the presence of Father Time. I am choosing to step away gracefully before "he" catches me. Over these final few months I will practice using a fee for service model in which I am out of network for all plans (fee schedule is here. ). Advanced Knee Care is now a division of Integrated Orthopedics. Doctors Gruber, Adams and Boyd and Physician Assistants Jeff Kiel and Brandon Hunter will be the providers of in network service for my patients going forward. Integrated Orthopedics will be the custodian of the medical records of all Advanced Knee Care patients following my retirement. It has been my honor to serve the wonderful people that have allowed me to provide their medical care over my 36 year career.
