Bernhard initially developed and currently leads our Cybersecurity Compliance Services practice that is focused on helping customers build and maintain their compliance programs in the Aerospace & Defense, Government Contracting and Financial Services industries. He is passionate about helping clients develop strategies for the future with a focus on security and compliance, including DFARS, CMMC, ITAR & NIST CSF. Since 2017 Bernhard has been instrumental in helping over 250 small, medium and large organizations navigate their way through building their internal cybersecurity programs. Bernhard has 20+ years of experience working in the IT industry after he discovered his passion for troubleshooting and IT while pursuing his degree in Theology at the University of Bonn. His classmates would often come to him for problems and technical issues which is where his interest in the world of IT began. Bernhard is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and a Certified Chief Information Security Officer (CCISO).

Brad leads SysArc's Cybersecurity Services Team providing our customers with military-grade SOC Services. Brad is a results-driven leader with over 25 years of proven experience in the military at all levels of leadership and team sizes, from three-person travel teams to an organizational level leader. Trained and certified in multiple facets of network security as well as years of Information Technology hands-on experience. Prior to joining SysArc, Brad was a Senior Director Security Engineering at Cognizant, a Threat Informed Defense Manager at SAIC and a Senior Advisor to the Director of the Information Warfare Operations Center at U.S. Army Cyber Command

David Brennan heads up the MSP Operations at SysArc that includes managing the Service Desk, NOC, Field Service, Deployment and Project teams. David has been instrumental in building our team-oriented culture that has lead to our Best Places to Work Awards in 2019, 2020 & 2021. Prior to joining SysArc in 2015, David worked for JP Morgan Chase in the back-office operations group managing projects and people to validate billions of dollars' worth of trades on a daily basis. Prior to that, David graduated from Drexel University LeBow College of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and International Business.

Eric leads our Project team with an emphasis on delivering network infrastructure and applications projects for our customers on-time and within budget. Eric is able to work with our customers and our internal engineers to architect solutions that deliver on the business needs required by our customers. He is especially excited about working on complex projects like Azure Virtual Desktop implementations, Microsoft GCC/GCC High migrations, Intune & AutoPilot in O365, and High Performance Computing clusters (HPC's) Prior to joining SysArc in 2019, Eric was the IT Manager for a fast-growing, mid-sized government contractor where he not only built out and maintained their internal infrastructure, but he also managed their ISO certification process to a successful outcome with limited resources.

Since joining the company in 2016, Matt has helped grow SysArc's customer base by building relationships and demonstrating the value of SysArc's approach to aligning technology with business results for his customers. Matt has been instrumental in working with our Government Contracting customers to help them understand the solutions required to navigate their cybersecurity compliance journey as well as their network support needs. Prior to joining SysArc, Matt worked in Business Development for CoStar Group, the leading provider of commercial real estate information, analytics, and online marketplaces. Matt has over 10 years of experience in sales, marketing and customer service and prides himself on delivering value to customers while building strong, long-lasting relationships.

Tim is the Founder & CEO of SysArc, a Managed Services Provider he founded in 2004, that focuses on helping commercial organizations build and maintain highly available internal networks and compliant cybersecurity programs for their internal systems to reduce risk, maintain business continuity and comply with industry regulations and best practices. Tim has 35 years of experience in the IT industry working in the government contracting and commercial industries in both technical and non-technical roles. Tim started his career at Booz Allen as a software engineer working on DoD programs and moved on to start his own software development company from there. Tim is a serial entrepreneur having founded two successful technology companies and worked on several other startups in his career.
