Abby is an Associate in the Employment Practice having joined the firm in 2022. After working as a paralegal and then as a trainee in the employment law departments of other firms, she qualified in Hong Kong as a lawyer in 2021.
Adam is an Associate in our Dispute Resolution Practice having joined the firm in 2022. Adam frequently advises clients on a board range of matters in civil and commercial litigation and mediation including contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, debt recovery and cyber fraud and asset tracing. He also has significant experience in dealing with criminal actions before the police, CCB and ICAC.
Brianne is an Associate in our Dispute Resolution practice having joined the firm in 2021. Her practice involves advising on a broad range of matters including contractual disputes, debt recovery, cyber fraud, asset tracing and recovery.
Carol is an Associate in the Corporate and Commercial Department having joined the firm in 2019 after she was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong. She has explored a wide range of corporate matters and has advised both local and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, shareholders arrangements, funding rounds and asset deals.
Daniel is an Associate in our Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice having joined the firm as a trainee solicitor in 2019. He was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2022. Daniel's practice involves advising clients in commercial cases involving debt recovery, sale of goods and contractual disputes. He also advises victims of cross-border fraud and cybercrime.

Ian De Witt was born in Wales and obtained an honours degree in law in London. After qualifying as a solicitor in England and Wales, he joined and became a partner in a prominent London law firm where he worked for many years before coming to Hong Kong in 1996. Ian founded Tanner De Witt in 1999 with Richard Tanner with just one member of staff.
Jamie Choy joined the firm as a Trainee Solicitor in September 2020. Now an Associate, she currently assists the Family practice. Jamie graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor of Arts and subsequently obtained her Juris Doctor degree and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from the same university.
Jamie is bilingual in English and Cantonese. She can read traditional and simplified Chinese.

Jane is an associate in the Restructuring and Insolvency practice. Jane completed her JD at The Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Engineering in Criminal Science and Technology at The Criminal Investigation Police University of China and completed a summer English programme at The University of Southern California. Jane has completed internships at several law firms in Hong Kong and China and in-house at an investment company in Hong Kong.
Jeeby is an Associate in our Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice. He joined the firm as a Trainee Solicitor in September 2020 and he was admitted as solicitor in Hong Kong in 2022. Jeeby has experience in various commercial and civil litigation matters including fraud and asset tracing, sale of goods, debt recovery, and contractual disputes.

Jeff is a partner in the Dispute Resolution department and leads the firm's Fraud and Asset Tracing practice. He has a strong commercial practice with a focus on cross-border fraud and cybercrime. He has a broad civil and commercial disputes practice, including litigation and arbitration proceedings. Kevin also advises victims of all types of domestic and multi-jurisdictional financial fraud, and often appears on behalf of victims before High Court and District Court Judges for urgent applications for freezing injunctions and disclosure orders, in order to preserve and trace the defrauded monies in aid of recovery.

Mark Chiu read law at the University of Durham and completed his Postgraduate Certificates in Law at the University of Hong Kong. Prior to joining Tanner De Witt, he worked as an Assistant Legal Counsel at the Equal Opportunities Commission of Hong Kong, specialising in advising and representing discrimination/ harassment complainants with their claims under the Anti-Discrimination Ordinances.
