Glenn T. Carberry

Glenn has served as Trustee and Corporator for the Norwich Free Academy and as President of the Norwich Free Academy Foundation. For over thirty-five years, he has been a leader of numerous civic and community organizations in Eastern Connecticut such as the Chamber of Commerce of Eastern Connecticut, the American Cancer Society and Support Our Troops Committee. He was principally responsible for recruiting the Norwich Navigators, the Double A affiliate of the New York Yankees, to Norwich in 1994 and obtaining state, local, and private funding for the construction of Dodd Stadium in Norwich. Glenn is active in advocating for children with special needs and has also written dozens of articles on world travel and governmental issues for various state newspapers. He recently published a book about his travels to more than 60 countries and numerous World Heritage Sites called "Epic Destinations," which has been donated for use by several local school systems.

Joe was a member of the Connecticut Bar Association drafting committee that reviewed, revised and recommended the model uniform limited liability company act for enactment, which became effective on July 1, 2017. Joe had primary responsibility for the review and revisions to Article III of the revised act.

Mark J. Cook

Mark practices primarily in the areas of Public Utilities, Zoning & Land Use, Real Estate Transactions, and Business Organizations. Mark has been on the Board of Directors for the Norwich Public Schools Education Foundation since 2011. He served as their President from 2013-2019. He is also a Percussion Coordinator for the Norwich Free Academy, where he has taught percussion to high school students since 1999. Mark served on the Glastonbury Family YMCA's Board of Advisors from 2017-2018, and was on the Board of Directors for Rob the Drummer, Inc., from 2017-2018.

Robert D. Tobin

Mr. Tobin served as President of the East Lyme Little League, East Lyme Babe Ruth League and was chairman of the East Lyme Parks and Recreation Commission for over twenty years. He was honored as a "Connecticut Treasure" by Lieutenant Governor Jodi Rell for his work in recreational programs. He coached youth basketball for many years and also served as a member and chairman of the East Lyme Library Board.
