JEFFREY S. ADLER is also a partner with the law firm of Burns, White & Hickton of Plymouth Meeting, Pa. Mr. Adler. was born in Columbus, Ohio on February 3, 1954. He is admitted to the bars of Ohio (1979) and Pennsylvania (1981). Mr. Adler graduated from Indiana University (B.S., 1976) and University of Cincinnati Law School (J.D., 1979). Mr. Adler served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Carl B. Rubin, Chief Judge, United States District Court, Southern District of Ohio (1979-1981). He is a member of the Montgomery, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and American Bar Associations. Mr. Adler is also a member of the National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel (NARTC) and the Pennsylvania Mortgage Bankers Association. He is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association. Mr. Taylor also serves on the Boards of Trustees of the Eden Institute of Princeton, New Jersey and YMCA Camp Ralph S. Mason. He belongs to the Mortgage Bankers Association of New Jersey and Mortgage Bankers Association of America. Mr. Taylor concentrates his practice in commercial real estate finance, environmental, and corporate law.

PHILIP M. COLICCHIO is a founding partner and leader of the firm's Litigation and Appeals, Commercial Law, and Hospitality Practice Groups. Born in Elizabeth, New Jersey on July 14, 1959, he is a graduate of Seton Hall University (Magna Cum Laude, 1981) and Villanova Law School (1984). Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Colicchio served as Senior Counsel to the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation ("Freddie Mac") in Washington, D.C., from 1988-1992. He is a member of the Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York and American Bar Associations; the International Counsel of Shopping Centers; the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts; the Mortgage Bankers Associations of both New Jersey and America; the New Jersey Apartment Owner Association and the American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging.

Mr. Bachelder co-authored "Employee Plan Investment in Commodity Futures," Washington & Lee Law Review, 1980.
