Cindy Galvan joined The Willingham Law Firm in May, 2011. She grew up in Edinburg, Texas but attended High School in Jonesboro, Arkansas. In 2003, Cindy moved to Dallas, Texas where she attended El Centro College. She joined the Paralegal Student Association Club. She graduated with an Associate in Applied Science in Paralegal studies. Cindy has a five year old son named Alex. He is the love of her life. She speaks Spanish and English fluently. She was also the head basketball coach for the Frisco Kindergarten Bulldogs. Cindy is involved in her Church and its MAC program. In her free time, she enjoys watching her son play sports, outdoors activities, and spending time with family.

Gary G. Lyon

Gary G. Lyon focuses his attention in the areas of Bankruptcy, Commercial and Business Law, Strategic Business and Asset Protection Planning. For 19+ years, from 1986 to 2006, he was employed by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation as a Senior Litigation and Bankruptcy Attorney, responsible for the resolution of assets obtained from failed financial institutions. In that capacity, he regularly was responsible for bankruptcy and litigation matters involving millions of dollars in assets and over 400 cases per year involving everything from individuals to businesses with multi-million dollar annual sales. He has served as Creditor's Committee Counsel for several businesses, and as a workout specialist for several bankrupt oil and gas businesses. From 2006 to present, Mr. Lyon was working actively as a legal consultant and financial adviser to a number of individuals and businesses. Today, Mr. Lyon represents businesses and individuals with financial difficulties, including those seeking bankruptcy protection under the reorganization provisions of Chapters 11 and 13 and in liquidation proceedings under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code. He also helps business and individual creditors to protect their rights in and out of bankruptcy. He regularly appears in the United States Bankruptcy Court and United States District Court. He is called upon on a regular basis to be a speaker or seminar panelist discussing topics of interest to the bankruptcy bar, the financial planning profession and the accounting profession.
