TAZ NETWORKS - Key Persons
Audrey Spratke - Account Manager. Audrey's role at TAZ Networks is client liaison, working to be sure our client's overall needs and "big picture" issues are anticipated and addressed. She has 16 years of experience in the IT industry. She holds sales-related certifications with a number of our vendors.
Grant Thomson - Service Manager. Grant manages our technical services team, including service desk, field consultants, and projects. His varied technical expertise includes programming, Windows management, UNIX, and more. Grant originally joined TAZ Networks as a field consultant, and quickly moved into project development and management. Grant is diplomatic and cool under pressure, but tenacious with projects and processes. These qualities make him a good fit as our Service Manager.
Harmony Kinney - Dispatch Coordinator. Harmony manages consultant on-site scheduling and ticket triage for our help desk team. She is currently working toward an IT Website Programming Degree from Macomb Community College.
Sam Eddy - Account Manager. Sam also serves as a client liaison. With over 12 years of sales and account management experience, Sam brings a track record of strong leadership and client relationship management skills to TAZ Networks. He is an integral part of our team's mission to deliver exceptional service.
Stacie Brady - Lead Service Desk. Stacie works with Grant to ensure our support services flow smoothly. Stacie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management of Information Systems from Michigan Technological University.
Tavis Patterson - Owner, President, and Founder. Contrary to popular belief, Tavis is not the "TAZ" in TAZ Networks. Instead, he named the business in honor of his children. Originally working from his home basement in Howell, Tavis started the business in 2003 to provide enterprise-level computer network support to small and medium sized businesses in the metro Detroit and Southeast Michigan area. Tavis has over 20 years of consulting experience for businesses from enterprise Fortune 100 companies to local, small companies. Immediately prior to starting TAZ Networks, he spent 4 years in the IT department at Compuware in Detroit. Today, Tavis focuses on running and building up TAZ Networks with new client relationships.
