Jennice Doty is the Managing Partner and Designated Broker of TCT Property Management Service. She has been in the real estate industry since 1979 and in 2015 she was selected Property Manger of the Year by the Arizona Journal of Real Estate & Business. As Designated Broker, Jennice oversees the management of commercial condo associations, office, medical and industrial buildings, and retail shopping centers. Jennice is currently a CCIM candidate, and is a current member of the National Association of Residential Property Mangers (NARPM). She has also successfully completed several courses from the Institute of Real Estate Management. Jennice's vision is to build and expand a successful Property Management company while maintaining quality service and integrity. She is also the co-author of the national bestselling book "HOLD" on how to find, buy, and rent houses for wealth. Jennice serves as Co-Chair of the Commercial Focus Group at the Southeast Valley Board of Realtors. Jennice is on the Commercial Leadership Council for the International office Keller Williams Commercial. She is also involved in various Commercial Mastermind groups throughout the Valley.

Steve Chader has been a leader in the Arizona real estate industry for 40 years. Owner of Keller Williams Integrity First Realty, one of REAL Trends top 350 real estate companies in the U.S. He is also general partner of TCT Property Management Services, with a residential division managing over 450 single family homes and a commercial management division responsible for more than 60 commercial properties.
Recognized as a "Top 1% Realtor®" in the United States, Steve was honored with the Residential Real Estate Lifetime Achievement Award by the Phoenix Business Journal. He was also selected as "Realtor of the Year" by SEVRAR, his Realtor Association, with over 13,000 members. Steve has a passion for adding value to others. He is a member of the international faculty for Keller Williams University, is certified as a Fierce Conversations Facilitator, and is a founding member of the John Maxwell Leadership Team.
Steve is a contributor to both the "The Millionaire Real Estate Agent", and "The Millionaire Real Estate Investor" books and co-author of the national bestselling book "HOLD" "How to Find, Buy and Rent Houses for Wealth".
Steve has chaired the Professional Standards Committee for the Southeast Valley Regional Association of Realtors. He has also served as Town Council member for Gilbert AZ one of the top 20 places to live in the US. He is a father of 2 and grandfather of 3 active boys. Steve also enjoys playing the bass guitar with his classic rock back, Group Therapy, "having fun playing music for people having fun".
