Alex Neuling - Secretary

Alex Nueling is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Secretary with extensive corporate and financial experience including as Director, Chief Financial Officer and / or Company Secretary of various ASX-listed companies in the mining, mineral exploration, oil and gas, and other sectors. Prior to those roles, Alex worked at Deloitte in London and Perth. Alex also holds an honours degree in chemistry from the University of Leeds in the United Kingdom and is principal of Erasmus Consulting which provides company secretarial and financial management consultancy services to a variety of ASX-listed and other companies.

Andrew Munckton - Managing Director

Andrew Munckton is an experienced geologist with more than 30 years' experience in senior management roles spanning ASX-listed companies and gold operations. Andrew was previously Managing Director of Kin Mining, Syndicated Metals and Avalon Minerals, General Manager - Operations for Gindalbie Metals, General Manager Strategic Development for Placer Dome Asia Pacific and General Manager Operations of the Kanowna Belle, Paddington and Kundana gold mines over a period of 10 years. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Geology) from the University of Western Australia and is currently a Member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (AusIMM) and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Brian Dawes

Brian Dawes was appointed as a Non-Executive Director in June 2009. Brian is a mining engineer with extensive international mining industry experience. He holds a BSc in Mining from the University of Leeds and is a Member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy. He has worked in the UK, Africa, the Middle East and across Australia and holds several First Class Mine Managers' Certificates of Competency. Brian's diverse expertise covers the full mining life cycle, from exploration through the discovery, feasibility, funding, approvals, project construction, commissioning, operations, optimisation, logistics, marketing, and closure phases. This includes site management and corporate responsibilities in a diverse range of underground and open pit operations across many commodities and geographies; mainly in copper, nickel, gold, zinc and lead, with iron ore, graphite, and coal. Prior to joining Talisman, Brian held senior positions with Jubilee Mines NL, Western Areas, LionOre Australia, WMC, Normandy Mining, and Aberfoyle. Brian serves on the Company's Audit, Nomination and Remuneration Committees. Brian also serves as a Non-Executive Director of Kin Mining Ltd.

Dr Tim Sharp

Dr Tim Sharp has over 28 years of experience as an exploration geologist in Australasia and Africa, with a strong track record in the discovery and development of significant gold deposits, having held senior technical and management roles with global mining companies including Inco, Vale, Acacia Mining and Japan Gold. Prior to joining Talisman, Dr Sharp held the position of Chief Geologist with Japan Gold, directing exploration for the Barrick Alliance Projects throughout Japan. Before this, he was Principal Exploration Geologist with Barrick Gold's Africa Middle East Group, leading both greenfield and brownfield exploration projects throughout East and West Africa. He worked for over nine years with African Barrick Gold and Acacia Mining in Tanzania, Kenya, Mali and Burkina Faso, culminating in the role of General Manager - Geology. During this time, he was involved in the discovery and initial resource definition of the Liranda gold deposit in Tanzania (1.3Moz at 12g/t Au) and the resource definition for the Nyanzaga gold deposit in Tanzania (4.6Moz). Dr Sharp has also worked extensively in base metal exploration in Western NSW and Western Australia. He holds a BAppIsc (Hons), MSc (Geology) and a PhD (Geology) from the University of Technology, Sydney and is a Member of the Australasian Institute of Geologists (AIG) and Society of Economic Geologists (SEG).

Jeremy Kirkwood

Jeremy Kirkwood joined Talisman in April 2016 and has extensive experience in corporate strategy, investment banking and global capital markets, providing invaluable strategic input and guidance to the Company's board and management team. Jeremy is a principal of Pilot Advisory Group and was previously Managing Director of Credit Suisse, Morgan Stanley and Austock. He has primarily worked in public markets, undertaking merger and acquisitions and capital raisings for companies principally in the metals and mining, energy and infrastructure sectors. Jeremy is also the Chair of Geelong Grammar School, Chairman of Nurturecare Pty Ltd, Director of Independent Schools Victoria and is a Trustee of the Ross Trust. Jeremy serves on the Company's Audit, Nomination and Remuneration Committees.

Kerry Harmanis - Chairman

Kerry Harmanis is one of Western Australia's most successful mining executives and investors. He has been a major shareholder and strong supporter of Talisman since 2007 and joined the Talisman board on 15 July 2020. He currently holds an 18.6% stake in the Company. With a career spanning more than 40 years in the Australian exploration and mining industry, Kerry was the founder and Executive Chairman of Jubilee Mines NL, a highly successful Western Australian nickel miner which he established in 1987.

Peter Benjamin

Peter Benjamin was appointed as a Non-Executive Director in July 2019. Peter is an experienced geologist who has worked in the mining industry for more than 40 years, predominantly in senior exploration, project, operational and executive management roles with junior and mid-tier ASX-listed companies. Peter is Member of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Graduate and Mentor at the Australian Institute of Management.
