The Burks Companies was founded in 1991 by Frederick E. Burks with the goal of providing specialized facilities maintenance services for large, complex client engagements. TBC in its formative years initially served as a professional facilities consultant on projects for such notable clients as Coca-Cola, Delta Air Lines, American Air Lines, Tulane and Xavier Universities and the Housing Authority of New Orleans.
