Andrew joined TCA in 2014 as an Accounting Clerk. He brings with him over 5 years of accounting experience, both in the online retail and construction industries. Born in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, Andrew transplanted to Colorado in 1992. When he is not at TCA, Andrew enjoys reading and hiking.

Brad joined TCA in 2005 as a Senior Financial Consultant and in 2014 became Partner and Director of Competitive Strategies. Prior to TCA, Brad spent five years as a Regulatory Affairs / Cost Separations Revenue Accountant with a mid-size LEC. During his time with SJI, Brad worked in all facets of the business operations, consisting of an ILEC, CMRS, IXC, ISP, Cable TV, and call center. He has specialized in cost separations, regulatory, interconnect agreements, and has sat on the OPASTCO committee. In 1998, Brad earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Nicholls State University in Thibodaux, Louisiana. He and his wife live in St. Francisville, LA with their children and enjoy outdoor activities and traveling.

Jason Palmer joined TCA in 2020 after approximately 22 years of experience in the rural telecommunications industry. Jason has specialized in cost separations, financial forecasting, state rate cases, regulatory audits, and regulatory compliance for rural LECs. Jason has a bachelor's of science degree in Accounting from Oklahoma City University, an MBA from Northeastern State University, and passed the CPA exam in 2000. While originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma, he recently moved to Colorado Springs with his wife, Haima, and his teenage son, Ethan. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, cooking, hiking, and skiing with his family, and exploring various new hobbies.

Mike has worked as the Controller for a rural telephone cooperative and for a CPA firm that specializes in auditing independent telephone companies. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Lacrosse with an Accounting degree in 1997. As CEO, Mike serves on TCA's Board of Directors and co-manages the TCA Financial Consultant group while heading up TCA's Merger and Acquisitions effort. He has served in leadership roles for several state telecommunications associations and on NTCA's Associate Member Advisory Council. Expanding the broadband footprint in rural America is an industry passion Mike makes a priority. He enjoys traveling and spending time with his two active daughters. They spend their free time riding and hiking the Colorado mountains but make time to support the Wisconsin Badgers, Detroit Red Wings, and Detroit Lions.

Sean joined TCA's administrative team in Fall 2022, bringing with him 14 years of experience in real estate specializing in IT, customer solutions, administration, management, and education. While far less accomplished than his colleagues, he is unquestionably passionate about providing the best care, service, and support to the company and its clients.
Outside of TCA, Sean devotes his life to his wife, four kids, and church. He is originally from the island of Guam and moved to Colorado in 1996 where he discovered snow, skiing, hockey, and Toys R Us. In his free time, he likes to explore fictitious worlds with his kids, go on frequent dates with his wife, and most importantly, strive to be a better person each day in order to better serve those around him.
