Andrew Landsman

Job Titles:
  • Event Manager, Gillette Stadium
Andrew joined TeamOps in 2018 after managing events and operations for multiple sports organizations. He will help oversee the ticketed and special event functions that take place at Gillette Stadium. Before joining TeamOps, Andrew was the director of Event Personnel for the 2018 FIL World Lacrosse Championships in Netanya, Israel. He's also previously held positions at the National Football League, the New York Mets, and the Israel Lacrosse Association. Andrew has a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management from Ithaca College.

Bill Christiansen

Job Titles:
  • Vice President of Security
Bill maintains active membership with the Massachusetts Bar Association and retired as Major and Director of Aviation Security with the Massachusetts State Police after thirty-four years of honorable service. Bill was responsible for all aspects of safety and security for Massport Properties to include Logan International, Worcester Regional and Hanscom Airports, as well as the Seaport District properties. Bill established, fostered, and maintained close partnerships with State and Federal partners, including, Transportation Safety Administration, Federal Bureau of Investigations, Federal Air Marshalls, Secret Service, Drug Enforcement Agency, Customs & Border Protection, and the Joint Terrorism Task Force. During Bill's tenure with the Massachusetts State Police he held multiple prominent and key command positons, including oversight and supervision of the State Crime Lab, Crime Scene Services, Firearms/Ballistics, Digital & Multimedia Evidence and the Office of Alcohol Testing. Furthermore, Bill was previously responsible for oversight, supervision and compliance of State Police personnel assigned to Massachusetts District Attorney Units responsible for investigating homicides, narcotics and financial crimes within the various counties and personnel assigned to the Financial Crime and Corruption Division of the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office. Bill has extensive experience in Executive Protection and held leadership roles in a number of nationally recognized events. Bill was Deputy Incident Commander for National Governor's Association Summer Meeting in Boston; Managed security of VIP Constitutional Officers during the Democratic National Convention; Assigned to Executive Protection Details responsible for the Safety and Security of Massachusetts Governors. Bill held the position of Deputy Division Commander of Administrative Services within the Department of State Police with oversight and command of the communications, diversity & equal opportunity, human resources and fiscal sections. Bill was previously appointed Director of Public Safety and Assistant General Counsel for the Massachusetts Turnpike Authority. In this senior leadership role, Bill was responsible for the Safety and Security of the Massachusetts Turnpike and Central Artery Project.

Caitlin O'Toole

Job Titles:
  • Lead Event Manager, Gillette Stadium
Caitlin is the Lead Event Manager for Gillette Stadium events, which includes Patriots football, Patriots training camp, live music/concerts and other full stadium events on site. Caitlin's success has been in the preparation and execution of complex, multi-faceted events. On event day, Caitlin oversees the security command center and deploys resources as needed to address operational needs. Prior to her current role, she was the Event Manager at Harvard University, overseeing game day operations and planning for a variety of events, including football, basketball, hockey, Major League Lacrosse and Women's Professional Soccer. Caitlin joined TeamOps in a full-time capacity in September 2006 and played a dual role as both the scheduler and assistant event manager. Caitlin is no stranger to Gillette Stadium. Beginning in July 2002, she worked alongside the circulation manager at Patriots Football Weekly. In college, Caitlin was an intern for the inaugural season of the Manchester (N.H.) Monarchs of the American Hockey League. Caitlin graduated in 2002 from the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology: Sports Studies and a minor in English. Caitlin is the Lead Event Manager for Gillette Stadium events, which includes full stadium events on site.

Deanna Brien

Job Titles:

Deanna has served in a variety of roles and been a key member of TeamOps since 2006. She began her tenure with the organization as a part-time gate supervisor, but within a year was promoted into a full-time position within the company. From 2007 to 2015 Deanna gained experience working in different positions for TeamOps, such as: HR Coordinator, South Patrol Officer, Interior Patrol and Command Supervisor. Since 2015, Deanna has been the Office Administrator at Patriot Place. Her role consists of managing employee payroll, scheduling and invoicing for 24/7 Stadium and Patriot place security accounts. Deanna oversees the Patriot Place property on event days.

Joe Parr

Job Titles:
  • Director of Stadium Security and Risk Management
Joe brings over ten years of industry experience to TeamOps working in large sporting and event venues. Additionally, Joe held key executive positions working closely with the National Football League and other key constituents to develop and implement security staffing and event plans for Super Bowl's XLII - LIII. In early 2017, Joe was selected to be part of the project team to open Mercedes-Benz Stadium. During his time there, he created staffing plans, assisted with developing stadium policies and ensured that all security policies and procedures were consistent with the NFL best practices. Further, he has held management positions at two other NFL stadiums (EverBank Field, M&T Bank Stadium). Joe's extensive leadership experience with venue security, large stadium events, and various facets of NFL security, make him a significant asset to TeamOps and the Kraft Group. Joe will oversee all security operations and activities of TeamOps LLC at Gillette Stadium and contract accounts, Harvard and BC, to ensure the highest level of security and customer service at these locations.

Michael Halcomb

Michael joined TeamOps in May, 2019, as the Senior Manager of Security and Events, bringing a diverse work history both in and out of the sports and entertainment industry. He will oversee TeamOps Event Managers and all Event Security and Guest Service operations for Gillette Stadium. Michael began his industry career in 2011 with the Seattle Mariners where he worked for 4 seasons in various capacities within the Finance, Human Resources and Guest Service departments. He oversaw the scheduling and management of more than 500 event day team members and focused on mass communication and event logistics within Stadium Operations. In 2016, Michael was selected as a member of the project team to open Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia. As the Senior Manager of Guest and Team Services, he oversaw the build-out of all Guest Service hiring, training, and staffing projects along with the recruitment of more than 900 event day team members. Upon opening, Michael operated some of the biggest events in the world including the 2018 NCAA National Championship Game and Super Bowl LIII. Originally from Kodiak, Alaska, Michael enlisted in 2003 and served 9 years with the United States Air Force as an Electrical and Environmental Systems maintenance technician for C-17 Aircraft. He also earned his Bachelors of Science in Finance and Business Administration from the University of Washington, Foster School of Business.

Mike Loynd

Mike will primarily serve as the Director of Training and Workforce Management for TeamOps. Mike continues a long career in the sports and entertainment industry and has a reputation for delivering operational and security excellence in events. He has held senior positions at organizing committees around the world including Olympic Games, FIFA World Cups and continental games. Mike will oversee all facets of TeamOps training including enhancing and delivering our training modules and dynamically managing the process to increase employee efficiency and effectiveness on game day. He will oversee TeamOps workforce management processes to improve retention and employee experience. Additionally since Mike's extensive background organizing and executing large scale events, he will also serve as the Director of Strategic Initiatives for Kraft Sports Entertainment and will initially spearhead the creation and operation of an event day cross-departmental operational control center.

Zachary Roy

Job Titles:
  • Event Manager, Boston College
Zachary recently became the Boston College Event Manager and will oversee all sports and special events that take place on the Boston College Campus. Previously, Zachary was the Assistant Event Manager & Function Coordinator for TeamOps where he assisted during full stadium events and was responsible for the security staffing of all Gillette Stadium private functions. He began working part-time for TeamOps in 2010 and transitioned as an intern in the 2013 football season learning all of the aspects of being an event manager. Zachary joined TeamOps full time in 2014. Zachary has a Bachelor's of Science degree in Sport Management from Newbury College. Zachary joined Team Ops full time in 2014 as the assistant event manager assisting all venues with their events and functions.
