With a background in advocacy and working with grassroots organizations, Deepti is inspired by opportunities to proactively partner with communities to impact change. She understands the practical needs various stakeholders require and tailors the evaluation work accordingly.
Deepti served on the founding board of the New York Consortium of Evaluators, a regional American Evaluation Association affiliate, and the steering committee for the New York chapter of Emerging Practitioners in Philanthropy, a membership organization focused on raising up social justice within the philanthropic sector.
Emily is an innovative and practical contributor to shaping opportunities that elevate a HIV-focused program's research to understand and address the complexities of the epidemic in Jackson, MS, and Baltimore, MD. She co-authored and packaged the program's cornerstone research and spearheaded the comprehensive evaluation of a co-created immersive theater performance.

Kate's approach to her work at TCC is informed by her background in qualitative and quantitative research as well as her experiences working and volunteering with underserved populations since she was in her early teens. Kate has a unique ability to use data to create a compelling story of purpose, progress, and positive impact. With the perspective that evaluation is an opportunity to give weight to voices that may not be heard, Kate works with nonprofit and funder clients to uplift their stories, advance their goals, and learn from what worked and what didn't go according to plan.

Ovuoke brings a unique balance of professional expertise and lifelong passion for people and problem-solving to her role as Human Resources Director. Her highest priority is keeping the "human" in her work. She builds trust through skilled listening, knowledge of analytic frameworks, and a capacity to find the optimum position where both the individual and the organization benefit. She brings HR core competencies such as HR compliance and relationship management to what she considers "a people business." At TCC Group, Ovuoke collaborates with management and the culture committees to ensure that staff and leadership thrive in an inclusive environment.
Growing up as the middle child in a Nigerian family, she honed her keen powers of observation and empathy from an early age. For Ovuoke, the key to building trust and having an impact is non-judgmental consideration of all sides of an issue. She remains approachable and open while always remembering that even the smallest of interventions can have a lasting impact.
Before joining TCC, Ovuoke was the HR Business Partner at the US Headquarters of Women for Women International, whose mission is empowering women in conflict zones to become self-supporting. She served the organization with all things HR, including recruitment, engagement, strategic planning and staff training.
Commitment to TTC's REDI values informs everything she does; from writing an email to fixing policy. Her goal is arriving at a fine-tuned, powerful, organizational synergy that is responsive to its staff and "even greater than the sum of its parts."

A veteran business leader, effective philanthropy expert, and enabler of social-sector impact, Richard is an early and fundamental advisor to some of the largest and most successful charitable foundations in the country.
Standing at the forefront of philanthropic giving, he counsels leaders on the development of strategy, effective board governance, and grantmaking policies, and he identifies opportunities to streamline operations and deepen social impact. For nonprofits, he guides positioning for growth and elevates organizations to reach their potential.
Eschewing a career in banking, Richard leveraged his business background for good, working on the 1972 presidential campaign to mobilize the anti-war movement and later consulting for the Volunteer Urban Consulting Group on issues of social change, including a drug addiction program and clients reaching underserved communities.

A staff champion and driver of efficient operations, Vanessa's day-to-day interactions across HR, Finance, and Information Technology help inform and optimize firmwide resources. With over five years at TCC, Vanessa helps guide and support teams so that they can do their best work, drive social change, and make a difference in the world.
In her finance role, she handles all client billing, reporting, collections, and vendor processing. As a key contributor to the firm's operations, Vanessa plays an important role in system and process improvements, technology support, as well as overall office management.
Vanessa is a friendly and trusted sounding board who continually takes the time to understand and support different workstyles and preferences. Her energy and compassion contribute to an open and supportive culture at TCC.
