Dr. Elizabeth "Betsy" Cantwell leads the University of Arizona's Office for Research, Innovation and Impact, which includes the Corporate Engagement Program, Tech Launch Arizona, the Forge and the UArizona research parks. She is responsible for expanding the university's capacity for knowledge creation and discovery; integrating efforts by faculty, students, staff and executive leaders to move inventions and technologies to the marketplace; increasing the university's connectivity with external collaborators; spearheading industry and public partnerships; and increasing total research funding. Dr. Cantwell joined the University of Arizona after successfully serving as the CEO of Arizona State University Research Enterprise, a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing the university's applied research and development. Previously she served as ASU's vice president for research development. During her tenure in that role, annual research expenditures grew by more than $150 million to a total of $610 million. Prior to ASU, Cantwell worked at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL), where she was director for economic development. Prior to working at LLNL, she served in strategic leadership roles at the Oak Ridge National Laboratory, the Los Alamos National Laboratory in New Mexico and NASA headquarters in Washington, D.C. She has a long career in space systems engineering, from satellite development to life support systems, and sits on the National Academies Aeronautics and Space Engineering Board. She holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.

In 2013, Mr. James Rhone was named a Vice President of TechSource, Inc. Mr. Rhone's addition to the TechSource Senior Management Team was a critical component in the company's goal of expanding its technical presence throughout the Washington, D.C. region. In addition to this new role, Mr. Rhone serves as Deputy Director, Washington Operations and supports several contracts as Senior Program Manager-E-TESA Technical, Engineering, and Programmatic Support Services; Argonne National Laboratory, Oak Ridge National Laboratory and Office of Nuclear Energy contracts. Prior to joining TechSource, Mr. Rhone was a Vice President at Parallax Corporation where he oversaw the company's technical presence at DOE/ NNSA Headquarters; NASA Goddard Space Flight Center; Food and Drug Administration's Center for Devices and Radiological Health, and; U.S. Customs and Border Protection's Office of Information and Technology. Mr. Rhone has over 42 years of technical and managerial experience in the DOE/NNSA enterprise and the commercial nuclear power industry. He specializes in project and contract management emergency management (plans, procedures, and scenarios), nuclear chemistry, training, and environmental radiological surveillance. For commercial nuclear power plants, he provided U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission licensing support for chemistry- and health physics-related issues and developed training materials and instruction in the disciplines of chemistry, emergency management, environmental surveillance, and aquatic biology. Mr. Rhone has published numerous scientific studies and technical papers concerning aquatic biology, paleontology, organic chemistry, and environmental radiological surveillance. Mr. Rhone grew up in Oklahoma City, OK; Tuskegee, AL; Colorado Springs, CO, and; finally settled down in Omaha, NE, where he started his science career and received his B.S. degree in Biology from the University of Nebraska.

Mr. Donald Trost is an Executive Vice President and Chief Development Officer of TechSource, Inc. In addition to his operations responsibility, Mr. Trost has been the catalyst in moving TechSource from a regional business to a national leader. His visionary skills, leadership, and reputation have made TechSource an indispensable national resource. Mr. Trost has over 40 years of experience in program and project management of high-technology programs, nuclear facilities management, and federal real estate management. Mr. Trost currently provides advice and direction to the National Nuclear Security Administration and to the Department of Energy's (DOE's) Nuclear Energy and Strategic Petroleum Reserve programs. As the former Director of Real Estate for the DOE and as the Former Deputy Director for the Office of Worker and Community Transition, Office of the Under Secretary of Energy, Mr. Trost has led numerous task forces and quality groups developing modern practices in real estate, business process re-engineering, and quality management. Mr. Trost is also a highly skilled negotiator and facilitator who has been involved in strategic planning for leaders in numerous Government organizations including DOE, DOD, DOI, the House of Representatives, and the Strategic Petroleum Reserve. Mr. Trost grew up in Sacramento, CA; he attended the University of California, Berkeley, where he received a B.A. in political science. Mr. Trost has served in and been a member of numerous organizations including the Federal Real Property Association (serving as President); the Department of Justice Land Acquisition Conference; the Cabinet Council on Management and Administration; and the Association of Federal Appraisers. In 2004 Mr. James Stout joined TechSource as a Member of the Board of Directors. Prior to joining TechSource, Mr. Stout served in the Department of Energy (DOE) for over 30 years, concluding with his appointment as Chief Counsel, Albuquerque Operations Office. In his capacity as Chief Counsel, Mr. Stout held a variety of roles related to the operation of the nuclear weapons complex including that of lead negotiator for the contracts for the operation of Lawrence Berkeley, Lawrence Livermore, and Los Alamos National Laboratories. He was also a senior advisor on contracts relating to the operation of Sandia National Laboratories. Mr. Stout was a Special Advisor to the UK Ministry of Defense in the successful effort to convert from civilian to contractor operation and a member of the US Delegation to the highly successful Nuclear Testing Talks in Geneva. He was also a Special Assistant (DP3) to the Assistant Secretary for Defense Programs at the Headquarters of the DOE. Furthermore, he served as team leader responsible for performance of security assessments of nuclear sites in the United Arab Emirates. In addition to these roles, Mr. Stout has also served as an advisor to the Strategic Advisory Committee of the Commander, U.S. Strategic Command, with an emphasis on global strategic issues including regional conflicts, nonproliferation, and deterrence in the post-Soviet era. He is also a former member of the LANL Director's Senior Advisory Group and has held numerous blue-ribbon panel and congressional committee appointments related to realignment, safeguards and security, and certification. Mr. Stout also serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors for Sigma Labs, Inc. (a manufacturing and materials technologies corporation that develops solutions for first-tier integrators such as Boeing, Honeywell, Pratt & Whitney, and other commercial firms around the globe) and as Board Chairman for OnQueue Technologies, a start-up firm specializing in the development and marketing of mobile applications for a variety of mobile devices. Mr. Stout grew up in Iowa and attended the University of Iowa where he received a B.S. in Business Administration. He was awarded a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Drake University, and is a member of the Bar in New Mexico and Iowa. He also served as a Judge Advocate in the United States Air Force.

Mr. Jeffrey E. Giangiuli is President and Chief Operating Officer of TechSource, Inc. In 2016, Mr. Steve Henry joined the TechSource as an independent consultant on national security and executive management issues, with more than 40 years of experience in nuclear and homeland security programs. As the Director of Global Security at the Nevada National Security Site from August 2012 to January 2016, Mr. Henry was responsible for managing and executing the nonproliferation, counter-proliferation, counter-terrorism, nuclear emergency response, cyber warfare and the Intelligence Community programs. Mr. Henry provided leadership and management of four divisions and facilities within the Global Security Directorate including facilities located in California, Nevada, New York, and Washington DC, and the deployment of personnel in over 26 other nations. From 2003 to 2012, Mr. Henry served as the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Nuclear Matters (DASD/NM) in the Department of Defense. As the DASD, he was the point person for all things nuclear, including United States policy directives (on safety, security, use control, weapon effectiveness, logistics, accountability), and building international partnerships. From 2000 to 2003, Mr. Henry served as the Deputy Division Chief for Nuclear Weapons in the Office of the Joint Chiefs of Staff in Washington, D.C. From 1995 to 2000, Mr. Henry was the Associate Deputy Assistant Secretary for Nuclear Weapons Management at the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) in Washington, D.C. While at DOE, he was responsible for the creation and development of the Stockpile Life Extension Program, a groundbreaking new framework for refurbishing the nation's nuclear weapons stockpile. Mr. Henry laid the foundation for his distinguished civil service career by serving over 21 years in the U.S. Army as a Field Artillery and a Nuclear Operations/Research and Development officer. In 2017 Dr. Raymond Juzaitis joined TechSource as a Member of its Board of Directors. Dr. Juzaitis is an accomplished scientist/engineer, manager, and educator with more than 40 years of experience in the management and execution of nuclear weapons, nuclear non-proliferation, intelligence, counter terrorism, homeland security and related research and development programs. His extensive experience spans computational physics, uranium enrichment, nuclear science and engineering, nuclear materials, nuclear testing and experimentation, arms control and verification, nuclear proliferation, and nuclear engineering education. Prior to joining TechSource Dr. Juzaitis was the President of National Security Technologies, LLC in Las Vegas, Nevada. At the time NSTec was the M&O contractor to the National Nuclear Security Administration for operation of the 1,360 square-mile Nevada National Security Site. Before that, Dr. Juzaitis served as Professor and Department Head of the Texas A&M Nuclear Engineering Department where he oversaw academic and administrative operations of the largest Nuclear Engineering Department in the United States. Dr. Juzaitis's early career focus in computational physics paved the way for a broadly based technical career that included nuclear weapons design, development, testing and evaluation. Career assignments included senior advisory positions for the U.S. Government at the Pentagon, as well as in Defense Programs at the Department of Energy. Over the last two decades, Dr. Juzaitis served in technical and line management positions with increasing levels of responsibility, and covering the full breadth of nuclear weapon technology activities. In the 1990s, as X-Division Leader at Los Alamos he led the transition in the technical culture of nuclear weapons design from a nuclear testing based paradigm to a simulation based paradigm (Science Based Stockpile Stewardship). Dr. Juzaitis served in senior management positions at both U.S. nuclear weapon physics laboratories, including serving as Associate Director for Weapons Physics at Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL) and Associate Director for Non-Proliferation, Homeland, and International Security (NHI) at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratories
