TEED SAUNDERS DOYLE - Key Persons
Andrew Logan is all about helping people. His profession involves work that builds personal connections, and that makes sense for this guy who was born and raised in Saint John. He's a CPA with more than 30 years experience, and he came to Teed Saunders Doyle 20 years ago looking to work with small and medium-sized businesses. He loves his work, especially on the days he can ride his Harley Davidson to the office.
Angie is a highly driven and dedicated CPA who has been with Teed Saunders Doyle since the dawn of the millennium. (Sounds super impressive, right?) She is devoted to providing top-quality service and enjoys working with small businesses. Her experience ranges all areas of client services, from bookkeeping and tax to assurance and advisory. A Fredericton native and UNB grad, Angie enjoys the authentic friendships and rapport she has developed with both her colleagues and clients. Angie has two amazing kids, whom she loves to watch play anything from volleyball to hockey, soccer or basketball. In her spare time, she takes a lot of pleasure from running and playing volleyball.
Brianne started her accounting career at a small firm in Fredericton as a coop student. After graduating from UNB, she made the move to Saint John to work at a national accounting firm in the Assurance Group. In 2022, Brianne joined Teed Saunders Doyle as an Assurance Manager, where she is very eager to be able to provide assurance services to clients in a variety industries.
In Brianne's free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, along with their dog Theo. She also enjoy staying active by playing Ultimate Frisbee and going for hikes.
Chase has worked for the Federal Government and a national accounting firm after graduating from UNB in 2014. In 2018, Chase joined Teed Saunders Doyle as part of our Tax Team. He provides advice and oversight to our firms corporate and individual tax clients. Specifically, he is heavily involved in tax planning for owner-managed businesses. Chase looks to fully understand the client's objectives and develops plans to be implemented in efficient and effective ways. Outside of the office, Chase can be found on the golf course, in the rink, or adventuring with his dog, Marley.
After starting his career in accounting with a national firm, Dylan decided to make the move to Teed Saunders Doyle in 2017. Dylan's experience is in audit and assurance engagements from a wide variety of industries and reporting frameworks. Although assurance engagements are his speciality, he also loves to provide clients with assistance on taxation or any other business needs. He prides himself in providing the best possible service to each of his clients and making an impact on their business. When not in the office, Dylan can be found swinging clubs on the golf course or playing hockey at the local rinks.
Erin started her career working in various roles within Finance in the Oil and Gas industry. She joined the TSD team in 2021, and spends her days helping a number of small business clients by guiding them through their assurance engagements, as well as corporate and personal tax filings. Outside of the office, Erin enjoys spending time at her family's cabin in the woods, reading, hiking, and gardening.
One of our in-house tax geeks, Jeff has over 25 years experience and the grey hair to prove it. He loves the challenge of working on clients' complex tax issues such as corporate reorganizations, succession planning, family trusts or planning for the purchase or sale of a business. Jeff has appeared before the Senate Committee on National Finance regarding proposed tax changes affecting small business. When not in the office or spending time with his family, you might find him rockin' out at a concert or sampling a beer from one of the Fredericton area's awesome local craft breweries.
John thrives on his relationships with others. In fact, that's what brought him to Teed Saunders Doyle in 1997 after working as a sole practitioner for three years. While John loved working and consulting for his 'book' of clients, the fast-paced and much more interesting workplace environment of this firm drew him in. Most importantly it allowed John to interact more with like-minded colleagues and a larger variety of great clients. During his down time from public accounting, John enjoys spending time at his cottage on Grand Lake.
After taking her first accounting course in high school, Katie knew she wanted to work for an accounting firm. In 2008, she put her skills to the test during a co-op position with Teed Saunders Doyle and started working full time with the firm in May 2009. Although Katie works on many different projects, she really enjoys working with not-for-profit and charitable organizations as well as small businesses. Every now and then, Katie rewards herself by going on a Caribbean cruise with her husband. Some of her favourite destinations include Belize, Jamaica, and the Cayman Islands.
All it took was one good impression to get Kenny Kyle on board. When he was at UNB and needed to interview an accountant for an assignment, it was an employee at Teed Saunders Doyle who gladly agreed. That kindness and generosity resonated with Kenny and when an opportunity to join the firm presented itself in 2002, he jumped at the chance. Kenny is now a partner of the firm and enjoys working closely with clients, colleagues and the community by providing financial, business advisory and taxation advice. When he's not in the office, Kenny enjoys hunting, salmon fishing, and coaching hockey.
Meghan joined TSD in 2010 after graduating from UNB. She knew she wanted to be an accountant after taking her first accounting course in high school. Meghan is always working on different projects ranging from audit, personal or corporate tax and other assurance engagements from many different industries but she really enjoys auditing small not-for-profits, nursing homes, first nations and municipalities. She is an avid music and movie enthusiast. When she isn't working she loves travelling Atlantic Canada and the U.S. attending 4x4 truck events and concerts or catching a movie at the movie theatre.
Peter Logan is someone who cares about his community. He loves staying active and helping out his hometown of Saint John, and he credits Teed Saunders Doyle's method of interaction with clients and the public for the opportunities he's had to participate and volunteer in the community. A long-time partner in our Saint John office, Peter loves his work and enjoys meeting with his clients, but if he wasn't conquering the accounting world, he'd love to be the GM of the Red Sox or the Bruins. As you might expect, this creates plenty of trash talk with the Leafs and Jays fans in the office.
Rylan always knew he wanted to be an accountant (since age 13 to be exact). He loves numbers and describes his strong suit at the firm as anything involving audits and quantitative data. Rylan is always motivated and willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. It's that balance of challenging work and a supportive team that makes Teed Saunders Doyle a perfect fit for Rylan. When he's not crunching numbers at the office, you'll likely find him counting reps at his local gym, or cards at the poker table with friends.

Stephanie did her NBCC work term at Teed Saunders Doyle and accepted a position when she graduated in June of 2006. In 2010 she left to pursue other career opportunities in the accounting field. When the opportunity to return to Teed Saunders Doyle came up she eagerly accepted. She takes the lead on personal taxes and loves working on special projects that allow her to use her more creative side. She volunteers for her local baseball association to give back to the community. When she is not at the office she spends her time being a chauffeur, chef, nurse, baseball/hockey equipment manager, trainer and referee to her two boys and their puppy. In her free time…who are we kidding - there is none, but she wouldn't have it any other way.

T.J. Smith is the Fredericton helper. Whether it's a small client, local business or big-time operation, assisting others to find a better financial situation is what T.J. has a passion for. A partner of Teed Saunders Doyle and an accountant with the firm since 1992, T.J. is truly dedicated to the personal side of the business. He cares about the people he works with, the clients he helps and the community he lives in. Whether he's at the office, playing tennis, or volunteering in the community, T.J. will no doubt greet you with a 'hello' and a friendly wave. That's just who he is.
