Amy Kasmar

Amy's professional employment included the FBI, AT&T Bell Laboratories, SBC (Illinois Bell) and Rockwell International with emphases in software programming (in C, FORTRAN, Pascal, Assembler, and COBOL) and database development (in PAL, Access, Clipper, Paradox, and Natural). Also telecommunications experience with the AT&T 5ESS phone switch, Intelligent Network, and the 580 DSS PBX. Amy started with ITS at the opening of the Naperville office in 1993.

John Yates

Member of Technical Staff at AT&T-Bell Laboratories prior to co-founding ITS in 1990. At AT&T John was involved at both engineer and management levels with electronic circuit and computer system design; 2ESS and 5ESS phone switches; design/development of input-output routines and data base update programs; nationwide First Office Application; and field support and development of database and call processing programs. Responsible for system design and estimating, hardware diagnosis and repair, wiring and logistics planning, hardware and software installation, and customer support.

Steve Yates

Second generation ITS. Web site programming experience includes PHP, ASP and Microsoft .Net with C#, VB.Net, VBScript, and JScript, and Perl. Also traditional web design elements such as HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and AJAX via programs such as Adobe Dreamweaver and Microsoft Visual Studio. Lead developer for our web site and several client sites, as well as the lead support engineer for our web site hosting services. Desktop application development experience includes Borland Delphi (with database technologies from Paradox and dBase to various SQL servers) and Microsoft Access. Experience with all major PC operating systems with multiple networking configurations.
