Our organization was established as a result of a merger between Te Kupenga o Hoturoa and Tāmaki Healthcare Primary Health Organisations, and our governing trust board continues to prioritize innovation in health and wellbeing... At Te Hononga o Tāmaki me Hoturoa, we are guided by our values of serving, leading, innovating, and being accountable. We are committed to serving predominantly Māori and other underserved communities in Auckland, providing personalized care and support to families in the comfort of their own homes.
