Carol Montgomery is the firm's Paralegal who assists in all phases of litigation, from inception through discovery and trial. She assists with document examination and management, drafting of pleadings, fact development, and trial preparation.
Carol received her Associate of Applied Science and Paralegal Studies through North Central State College and was on the Dean's List and graduated with honors. She was also the Central District Representative for Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society.
She has gained many years of experience working in both small and large law firms in various aspects of law, including criminal and family law.
