Devon E. Gylland

Devon was born and raised in Fargo, North Dakota, where she still lives with her husband and their pets. Prior to joining Brazil Law Office, Devon worked as an administrative assistant in a small South Fargo law firm from 2009 to 2011, focusing primarily in the area of family law. Later, Devon transferred to the Fargo office of a Minneapolis based law firm, as a legal secretary for their Trusts & Estates department, from 2011 to 2014. Devon joined Brazil Law Office in April, 2014. As a result of her decade of legal experience, Devon attempts to approach each case with empathy and understanding. Devon understands that for many, it is a first-time experience to go through a family law proceeding. She will do her best to educate clients on the current steps, as well as what is expected of them. Devon also enjoys learning new technologies and procedures, so that Brazil Law Office, PLLC can ensure it is working as effectively and efficiently as possible for our clients.

Jasmine I. Mullins

Jasmine grew up in Wolverton, Minnesota. She enlisted into the Army Reserves in 2019 as a Human Resources Specialist. Her primary role in the military is to perform personnel and administrative functions. Jasmine attended F5 Postal Operations Training prior to deploying in the beginning of 2021. She served in Syria, Iraq, and Kuwait as a Postal Specialist. While overseas her primary responsibilities included drafting Customs Forms and searching packages. During her deployment Jasmine earned 4 Medals, 7 Coins, and 2 COA's. Her dedication to the mission led to her receiving an early promotion. After returning home to Minnesota as a Veteran at the end of 2021, Jasmine moved to Fargo, North Dakota. She worked locally as an Office and Business Support Coordinator. Her primary responsibilities included office management and administrative work. Jasmine joined Brazil Law Office in December 2022 where she serves as a Legal Assistant providing necessary and compassionate support to Brazil Law Office, PLLC staff and clients. Tressie Brazil

Tressie has been practicing law in North Dakota since 2006 and in Minnesota since 2012. She is a member of the North Dakota State Bar Association, the Minnesota Bar Association, and the Cass County Bar Association. Tressie is also a volunteer attorney for Legal Services of Northwest Minnesota where she provides legal services on a reduced fee basis. In addition to her practice areas of family law and estate planning, Tressie is a Guardian Ad Litem and Qualified Neutral Mediator.
