Teaoga Development is dedicated to the economic development of downtown Waverly, NY and the greater Valley area... We want to thank all of you for your continued support for SRAC, The Crooked River Co-op, Teaoga Development and our historic building renovation efforts on the former Village Hall. Together we can do so much for this small town and our community!... Since it's inception in 2011, it has been the mission of Teaoga Development LLC to renovate the former Village hall in downtown Waverly, while enhancing the downtown itself. Simply put, we believe that together we can all achieve more for downtown Waverly, NY and our community.
