Teton Valley Realty opened it's doors in 1976 with only one other brokerage in the county and only a handful of agents. As the Valley grew throughout the late 70s and early 80s, our business grew with it. We saw the importance of technology as we grew, we were the first local business with a fax machine. We moved our business location to 40 North Main St, where the Colter building sits today. We pioneered the first real estate websites in the area, and continued to grow our business. In 2003, a tragic fire forced us to close our doors and move our location. We began construction on our new office location, Town and Country Cedar home office, to showcase the abilities of our construction management division. We quickly outgrew our new location, and began construction on a 6000 square foot addition in 2006. In 2007 we started our property management Division, TVRmanagement.
