Franco Mueller, MD has spent more than three decades combining a career in medicine with healthcare administration, healthcare information technology, statistical analysis and product development. Before joining The Foresight Group in 1996, Franco was the Managing Director of the Cardiovascular Center and the Division of Cardiology at the New York Hospital-Cornell Medical Center, where he helped grow and lead the Center, a multi-specialty health care unit staffed with physicians and scientists. His knowledge of information technology requirements in the clinical, research and business environments extends beyond the basic needs of practice management and electronic data interchange to database design and management as well as statistical analysis. Furthermore, he has an extensive clinical research background and experience in Cardiovascular Medicine, especially Hypertension. He was also Director of the Data Management and Analysis Core of the Hypertension NIH SCOR grant at the New York Hospital-Cornell Medical Center, which was funded for more than eight years during his tenure. Currently holds an appointment as a Clinical Associate Professor of Medicine at the Hypertension Center of Weill-Cornell Medical College.
Jonetta Populo has over 27 years in the health care claims field. Prior to joining TFG Partners, she directed the technical claims and training unit of a major health insurance company.
Pieter van Hoeven has more than 30 years of experience in sales and business development, as well as management consulting and information technology strategy. He helped launch a number of new businesses for Fortune 500 companies as well as startups in healthcare and informatics. He co-founded The Foresight Group, a healthcare data strategy consulting group, in 1994, before also co-founding TFG Partners in 2003. He is a former Group Director of IMS Health, now IQVIA, the largest pharmaceutical and health information service provider, and served as an associate partner and strategy consultant at McKinsey & Company. He has a BBA from Nijenrode Business University in the Netherlands and an MBA from Temple University, Philadelphia, PA.
