We are a unique family run holiday complex situated in the centre of the small fishing village of Burgau. Tempomar is an ideal location for family holidays and couples looking for some rest and relaxation. A two minute stroll from Burgau's picturesque beach, Tempomar is perfect for those wishing to escape the busy life for a while... We decided back in the 70's to leave the UK behind and start a new and very different life in the Algarve. Back in those days there was very little development and we knew we wanted to find somewhere small and quiet, somewhere that was never going to get `big´. After looking at different places and projects, we fell in love with the small fishing village of Burgau. Though tourist developments have grown over the years on the outskirts, the centre of the village has remained the same.
