Aviyam Friedman

Aviyam Friedman is a Montreal native with over 30 years' experience in operations and general management. During his career he has overseen the operations, IT, customer service and product development functions at MIP inc. His tenure at MIP began when the company was a handful of people up until 2019 where MIP is a leader in the manufacture, sales and distribution of healthcare textiles in Canada, USA, and western Europe, with operations in Canada, Germany, UK, and China. Throughout his career he has combined industry knowledge, creativity and strategic thinking to develop strong business relationships with suppliers, customers, and technology developers around the world.

Billy Chiu

Billy Chiu graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor of Social Science degree, majoring in management studies and economics. Billy Chiu has been with BW since 1985 and held important management positions during his career of 30 years in the shipping industry. Chiu's current role as EVP oversees the Dry Cargo Affiliate; as well as Quality, Regulations and Compliance department, Internal Audit, and Asset Management teams.

Donald Angers

Donald Angers graduated in communications and human resources management and began his career as a journalist at L'Écho de La Tuque and community television. In 2009, Mr. Angers became director of business development at the Center of Excellence in Energy Efficiency (the C3E) and was in charge of technical and economic analyzes of investment projects. Aside from his duties at the C3E, Mr. Angers is also president of the Alliance des Chambres de Commerces de la Mauricie, president of the Light Metals Association and Vice-President of the CNETE board of directors. He has plans full head, including that of making Mauricie the "Valley of energy".

Dr. Pierre Rivard

Dr. Pierre Rivard has been a champion and passionate supporter and developer of clean, renewable energy technologies for over 30 years. He holds a Doctor of Engineering degree from the University of Toronto, Honoris Causa, for lifetime achievements in Clean Technology. He also earned an MBA from the University of Western Ontario's Ivey School of Business and a B.Eng. from Royal Military College of Canada. A Professional Engineer licensed in Ontario and Quebec, Dr. Rivard has been recognized for various undertakings such as his role as President and CEO and later Executive Chairman of the Board at NASDAQ-listed Hydrogenics Corp. and at other CleanTech companies. Dr. Rivard sits on the Board of Canada's NRC National Research Council, and is a member of Canada's CTEST Canadian Clean Technology Economic Strategy Table.

Dr. Terry Mah

Dr. Terry Mah is an ardent advocate for responsible resource management and supporter of companies and technologies that address the most urgent and challenging resource issues including water reuse, renewable energy and resource recovery. Terry has over 20 years of global experience in the resource management sector having held numerous executive positions with Veolia including Chief Executive Officer of Veolia North America and Chief Operating Officer of Veolia's Global Water Technologies group. Terry leverages this experience to evolve the resource industry through a variety of advisory activities supporting clean-tech companies, innovation and accelerator groups, not-for-profit groups, government organizations, industrial companies, and private equity and impact investment groups.

Mr. Athanasios Mamalis

Mr. Athanasios Mamalis is a Strategy Consultant at Archirodon Group, a leading construction group with operations in more than 20 countries. Mr. Mamalis has worked for over 40 years in various construction, sales and marketing management positions in the Middle East and Africa. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering which he received from the Bologna University in Italy.

Nathan Curry

Dr. Curry is an Electrical Engineer with a specialization in waste-to-energy technologies. He currently heads the company's mandate for widespread deployment of MAGS and TRU Habitat systems in remote and isolated habitats. He has performed several remote community waste audits, including one in the Canadian High Arctic, and has a keen interest to see waste management practices shift away from de facto open-burn practices to a more decentralized, resource-recovery model with Terragon's technologies at the core.

Norman Spencer - COO

Mr. Spencer is a Mechanical Engineer with 25 years of experience inside manufacturing operations. Mr. Spencer has experience in Quality Management Systems, Japanese production methods and a keen eye for seeking out quality improvements and operational efficiencies. As General Manager, he works closely with Terragon's manufacturing, engineering & sales teams to ensure our products are built to the highest quality standards and that our customer's expectations are consistently met.

Panayotis (Peter) Tsantrizos - CEO, Founder, President

Dr. Tsantrizos is the founder of Terragon and serves as the company's President and Chief Executive Officer. Dr. Tsantrizos has a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from McGill University and 25 years of experience in leading a high technology company. Dr. Tsantrizos is the inventor of 18 patented technologies and has successfully commercialized technologies for both the production of advanced materials and the generation of resources from waste.

Ramona Pristavita

Dr. Pristavita has a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering and she has worked for 13 years in technology development, mostly focused on plasma and nanotechnologies. Dr. Pristavita joined Terragon in 2014 and has led the development of various WETT products since then.

Russ Emons

Russ Emons (LtCol (Ret) USMC) is the President / CEO of Sustained Turn Corp and serves on the Board of Directors of Power Ten, Inc., partner companies to Terragon for US Military and Government applications. Mr. Emons' 35 years experience in defence includes 20 years active duty service with the US Marines as an F/A-18 pilot, TOPGUN instructor, and squadron commander, and 10 years with military applications of sustainable technology. He has a BS degree in General Engineering from the US Naval Academy.

Theodora Alexakis

Dr. Alexakis is a Chemical Engineer who has led the development and commercialization of a number of waste treatment technologies for nearly 25 years. Dr. Alexakis has worked with Terragon for 11 years, initially leading the development of MAGS and, more recently, leading the development of new applications for MAGS as well as the development of new waste-to-resource products.
