Bringing with him over 20 years of experience in management, Dan joined The Dry Cleaner by Val in 2019. His exceptional customer service and technical know-how help serve Val's customers during challenging times. A former Northeastern Husky, Dan is continuing his education with a focus on Management & information Sytems. He's also an avid sports fan and enjoys spending free time with good food and good people.

Production Supervisor Derrick Morgan has been a member of the Dry Cleaning by Val team since 1991. He lives in Worcester, MA with his wife and family. In his spare time, he enjoys cooking, reading, and anything involving sports.

Grace Rocheleau began her employment in 2003 at The Dry Cleaner by Val's Malden plant, where she worked as a clothing itemizer. Like her sister Gracielle, Grace did not speak English when she first started. After itemizing, washing, pressing, folding clothing, and working as a plant manager; Grace began to work alongside Val in the company's marketing division. Grace now travels throughout New England meeting with the many adjusters and contractors we work with. Grace enjoys spending her time off with her daughter Ava, step-daughter Sophia, her fiance Manoel, and her two dogs Lilly and Oreo.
Juan started with The Dry Cleaner by Val in 2015 and immediately made an impact. His approach ensures that the job is done smoothly and correctly. Juan loves baseball and spends his free time with his wife and daughter.
Justin started with The Dry Cleaner by Val in 2017 as a driver and quickly moved up to a Loss Coordinator. His knowledge and personality help ease homeowners throughout the stressful process. In his free time, he likes to stay active and follow MMA.
Kyle started with the company in July of 2015. He now manages our fleet of loss coordinators and ensures that jobs run smoothly each day. Kyle recently received his Bachelor's degree in Management and Marketing from UMass Lowell, and works part time as a disc jockey with his father. His drive and ambition will help him learn new aspects of the business as his career develops within the company.
After graduating from Framingham State University with a degree in Fashion Design & Retailing, Mary joined our team in 2019. Mary's previous positions include waitressing and retail where she developed the customer service skills needed to assist Val's customers on a daily basis. In her free time, she enjoys barre and yoga, and being with her dogs Bailey and Rory.
Mike started with The Dry Cleaner by Val in 2015. As one of our most versatile employees, he is an expert at cleaning and rehanging draperies on-site as well as coordinating pickups. Mike enjoys upgrading his home and spending time with his wife and cats.
Rich Swanson joined The Dry Cleaner by Val at the age of 21 and has been with the company since 1992. Due to the nature of the restoration dry cleaning business, Rich, along with Val, has amassed a wealth of knowledge regarding both the dry cleaning and insurance industries. His expertise makes him a strong, influential asset to the company. Rich is active in all sectors of the company and oversees day-to-day operations, as well as the office and production staff. Rich resides in North Reading, MA with his wife Gracielle (also an employee of the Dry Cleaner), son Roy, daughter Sophia, and their dog Chooch.
