Braden Pollock

Braden Pollock, while not a lawyer, serves as the firm business manager and resident internet expert. Many high-profile clients look to the Bloom Firm for assistance in navigating the media during a personal or family crisis. Braden develops and oversees clients' online reputation management campaigns. He also advises corporate clients on all things internet related from domain and website acquisitions to strategy and integration. Braden has been a featured speaker at many continuing legal education (CLE) seminars for lawyers as well as hosting dozens of legal marketing seminars. An active domain investor and "lead-generation" expert, he is widely recognized as a fixture in the international "domaining" community as a regular speaker and moderator at virtually all the domain industry conferences throughout the world. Braden has also served as an expert witness in cases involving domains and websites, typically as it relates to trademark infringement.

Deondra "Dee" Richardson

Madison Rosenthal

Madison Rosenthal is a summer associate at The Bloom Firm and a rising 3L at Fordham School of Law. She received her Bachelor's degree in 2019 from the University of Southern California. While earning her undergraduate degree, Madison actively fought for the rights of marginalized populations, not just in her own community, but for those abroad. At only 19 years old, Madison moved to Ireland with the help of Marshall School of Business Winslow-Maxwell Global Summer Internships to work at REPEAL Project. In a country with some of the most restrictive legislation surrounding women's bodily autonomy, Madison worked at the forefront of the campaign to repeal the 8th Amendment. When Madison returned home, eager to remain at the frontier of change, she secured a job at the ACLU of Southern California. There, she worked through her last year of college and accepted a fellowship in the year preceding law school. In her previous position as a law clerk at the Children's Law Center of California, Madison assisted in the representation of dual-status youth ages 0-21 in both their dependency and delinquency cases. Madison is currently a staff member of the Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment Law Journal, as well as the Communications Director for the International Refugee Assistance Project Chapter at Fordham Law. For her passion for public service and law, Madison was the 2021 Joseph W. Halliday '63 Summer Fellowship recipient. In her free time, Madison enjoys exploring the city, reading anything by F. Scott Fitzgerald or Christopher Isherwood, and spending time with her family, her partner, and (most of all) her dog.

Marcelino Valencap

Marcelino Valencap is the firm's office manager and Lisa Bloom's executive assistant and media coordinator. He is in charge of handling Lisa's media appearances, coordinating the firm's press conferences, potential client intake and managing the office's busy calendar. Marcelino was also the producer of Lisa's podcast, The BloomCast: Voice of the Resistance. Vibrant, energetic and creative, Marcelino also serves as the office's fun coordinator, planning events throughout the year to boost morale and team bonding. Marcelino's contribution as the "office-hero" has helped develop a sense of teamwork and aids in the office's productivity. Marcelino's passions include event planning, raising money for the LGBTQ+ community and cheerleading. He is currently a competitive cheerleader holding numerous state and national titles at the collegiate and all star level. Marcelino combines his love for cheerleading and philanthropy as a long-time member of a non-profit organization called CheerLA, a group of volunteers who raise money for HIV/AIDS-related charities through dynamic cheer, dance and stunt performances. In his spare time, Marcelino enjoys spending time with his husband and their rescue dogs and cats.

Steve Conlon

Steve Conlon is a paralegal at The Bloom Firm. Steve received his paralegal certificate from Pasadena City College in 1986. After receiving his certificate, Steve went to work with Ruben & Crispi, LLP, in Century City where he gained valuable litigation experience in the areas of medical malpractice, legal malpractice and personal injury and also did a significant amount of appellate work. Steve also worked in the corporate department at R&M for a number of years where he assisted with the formation of many corporations, limited partnerships and limited liability companies. Steve remained with the same group of attorneys for approximately 18 years, albeit under different firm names as partners changed throughout the years. In 2004, Steve went to work with Collins, Mesereau, Reddock & Yu, LLP, where he focused on personal injury, criminal and civil rights cases. Following his work with Collins, Mesereau, et al., Steve worked with Mirman, Bubman & Nahmias, LLP, where he worked primarily on commercial collection cases on behalf of several major financial institutions. In his free time, Steve enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as fishing, hiking and camping.

Tiffani Bell

Tiffani Bell is a paralegal at The Bloom Firm. She graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications from Clark Atlanta University. Tiffani continued studies at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia to pursue a career in law. She graduated with honors from Emory's Post Baccalaureate Paralegal Program and received a Paralegal Certificate. Shortly thereafter, Tiffani joined a personal injury law firm in Atlanta, Georgia. She gained invaluable experience in the areas of personal injury and workers' compensation. Ms. Bell has an extraordinary talent for connecting with clients to ensure a smooth intake process from beginning to end. She also has a profound passion to help injured clients receive the justice that they deserve. In her spare time, Tiffani enjoys international travel, experiencing new cultures, cycling, cooking, reading, writing, and spending time with family.
