I help people get established in mindfulness meditation, developing spiritual insight, integrating the disowned aspects of the personality, and the discovery of one's spiritual potential... My mission is to help people who are committed to a higher Path of practice in the areas of Aikido, meditation, mindfulness, personal development, embodiment and Integral Practice. I do this by guiding them through practices that help them to grow and make progress towards their greater potential, through practices engaging body, mind, heart, and spirit.
