The Mix Company's products are by far the best I have ever tasted. It's hard to find allergen-friendly foods that not only taste good, but are made with organic and healthy ingredients - and an added bonus is The Mix Company's products can be baked sugar-free/egg-free/dairy-free as well! ALL of the mixes are delicious but my personal favorites are the Breads, Devils Fudge Cake and Spice Lovers Muffins.
