Broderick Taylor

Broderick Taylor started working with the Porter Law Firm in 2020.  He works in the areas of Injury law including Police Misconduct, Wrongful Death, Premises Liability, Car Accidents and Slip and Falls.  Broderick is the managing attorney of the firm's Jacksonville Office but handles matters all over Florida.  Prior to coming to the Porter Law Firm, Broderick was the owner of his own firm where he represented clients in Family Law, Criminal Law and Civil Litigation Law.  Education Broderick graduated cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law. During law school, he clerked for the Immigration Court Division of the Department of Justice in South Florida, as well as clerked for Judge Scott Silverman of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit in Miami-Dade.  Broderick was also a member of the Schools law review for International and Comparative Law as well as an active participant and winner of various mock trial competitions.  Broderick was also a member of the school's Honor Council.  Following admittance to the Florida Bar, he served as an Assistant State Attorney for Pinellas County, Florida in both the misdemeanor and felony divisions where he tried numerous criminal jury trials.
