Abigail Elmore

Abigail Elmore, MS, CCC-SLP, LC is a speech-language pathologist, and feeding therapist at Therapedia, LLC. As a speech-language pathologist, Abigail provides assessment and treatment in the following areas: Feeding Therapy Receptive and Expressive Language Articulation Phonology Stuttering and Fluency Disorders Pragmatic Language Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) Abigail specializes in infant feeding and oral motor integration and is trained as a Lactation Consultant through the Healthy Children's Project. Additionally, she completed pediatric feeding training through the Feed the Peds program, which focuses on an orofacial myology approach to feeding therapy. She has experience practicing in home health, as well as pediatric outpatient clinics. Abigail enjoys collaborating with her coworkers at Therapedia, LLC and is thankful for the opportunity to constantly learn from others who truly care about the patients they serve. Her true passion is helping babies, children and family members learn how to thrive in their eating and communication skills. Abigail is married to her husband, Clay. In her free time, she enjoys fishing, traveling, and spending time with her dogs Millie and Aria, as well as her hedgehog, Ivy.

As a career military wife, she has had the opportunity to live and work in many different locations throughout her career. She has experience treating patients in a variety of settings including pediatric outpatient care, early intervention, inpatient and outpatient hospital settings, long-term care, and in orthopedic rehabilitation services. Erin has over 16 years of experience in pediatrics and training and experience in the following areas: Early motor development /developmental delay Torticollis assessment and treatment Toe walking Balance and coordination deficits Myofascial release Orthopedic concerns Addressing the impact of sensory processing difficulties on movement and motor planning Pediatric kinesiotaping Erin enjoys working with the multidisciplinary team at Therapedia, LLC, which allows for collaboration with other therapy disciplines and allows the therapists to meet the needs of each child and their family. Erin strives to find ways to incorporate therapeutic activities into everyday play to make physical therapy fun by being creative and thinking outside of the box. Erin is married and has two children. She enjoys traveling and cooking. Debra Kitchens, PT is a physical therapist and the owner of Therapedia, LLC. She holds a certification in Neurodevelopmental Treatment (NDT) and has worked in a number of settings including: inpatient rehab/traumatic brain injury unit, home health, outpatient, and early intervention. She has training and experience in a variety of areas including: Neurologic disorders Early motor development/developmental delays Torticollis Addressing the impact of sensory processing disorders on movement and motor planning/dyspraxia Toe walking Balance deficits Motor issues involved with autism spectrum disorders Brachial plexus injuries Myofascial release Her favorite aspect of being a PT is finding games that are creative and fun that will create a challenge for each child. Seeing a child attempt new things and have success with difficult tasks is her most rewarding experience in therapy. Of all the teams Debra has been a part of, Therapedia is by far her favorite. She enjoys the camaraderie between the staff members, their devotion to patient care, and the friendships that they have developed with each other Debra is married and has seven adult children and three grandchildren. She enjoys being outdoors and activities such as gardening, reading, crafting, hiking, and camping.

Kaitlyn Alireza is the office manager at the Justin clinic of Therapedia, LLC. She specializes in scheduling evaluations and treatment sessions, verifying insurance benefits, obtaining prior authorizations/treatment referrals, processing insurance claims, and coordinating treatment sessions for OT, PT, and ST services. Kaitlyn loves meeting and getting to know all the families that come to our office. Being able to see how they are progressing after each session and thesmiles they have on their faces each day is the gift that just keeps on giving. She is married with one son and two corgis. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, trying all types of food, and reading the newest thriller/suspense book.

Mary Sue Farrier, OT is an occupational therapist at Therapedia, LLC. She has over 20 years of experience in pediatrics and has a background in orthopedics, home health and in school settings. She has extensive experience working with sensory processing and working to treat and understand how vestibular function relates to self-regulation. Mary Sue also has experience and training in the following areas: Therapeutic Listening Social Thinking Program Feeding Therapy Aquatic Therapy Mary Sue enjoys working as an occupational therapist because it allows her to find strategies to help children become their best selves.
