A gifted listener and communicator, Alicia brings organizational objectives and communications strategy into focus, designing solutions that connect values, aesthetics, mission and people.
Alicia Pritt is a founding partner of Theory One Design and Managing Partner. She is an experienced consultant with a gift for translating organizations' missions into creative and inspiring communications campaigns through engaging narratives and storytelling. Before establishing Theory One Design, she served as Public Relations Director for several nonprofit organizations and served as a designer and art director at Ronn Campisi Design (former Design Director for the Boston Globe). Alicia received her BA in Liberal Arts and MA in Journalism from the University of Illinois.
Visionary designer and whimsical genius, Cheryl Burke brings clients' communications goals to life through gorgeous, custom visual solutions.
Cheryl Burke is a founding partner and the Design Director of Theory One Design. Cheryl's success as a creative professional is based on her keen eye for detail and an attuned sensitivity to the spatial aspects design, whether website, exhibit or print. Previously, Cheryl served as Senior Designer for Cloud and Gehshan Associates in Philadelphia where she specialized in environmental graphic design. She also served as Senior Designer at Main Street Design, a Cambridge-based exhibition design and planning firm, where she designed and managed complex signage, exhibition and print projects. She received her BFA from the University of Michigan and her MFA in graphic design from the Rhode Island School of Design.
Lawyer-turned-communications-pro, Jon cuts through the chatter to answer the key questions: who are you, and why does it matter? while delivering projects on budget and schedule.
Blending creative spark, technical know-how, and business savvy, Jon is passionate about helping clients distill their mission into words and images that resonate with the wider world. Prior to joining Theory One Design, Jon was an attorney in the business law section of the Boston firm of Goulston & Storrs. He also has a background in higher education administration, having worked at The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University. Jon studied at Boston College, where he earned both a BA in English and a JD. He also previously led the communications program at Old South Church in Boston, a thriving urban congregation and storied public institution.

Suzanne's love of the web began with early forays into hypertext fiction which grew into a career as a sought-after full stack web developer and Drupal expert. Having double-majored in English and Finance, she especially enjoys developing and supporting websites for clients in the education, artistic and cultural spheres. She received her MFA in Writing, Literature, and Publishing from Emerson College.
