Bob Rees is a Systems Architect with a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (MSEE/CS) from MIT and five decades of professional accomplishments in the creation, analysis, and control of complex interdependent real-time engineering systems. He has extensive experience in the design, development, and optimization of user interfaces, embedded control systems, networks, drivers, operating systems, and electromagnetic devices. Brigid Rowan

Brigid Rowan is an energy economist with over 25 years of experience in the areas of energy and regulatory economics (related to conventional, unconventional and renewable energy, and energy efficiency). Ms. Rowan's practice is informed by evidence that deep and rapid decarbonization is required to address the climate emergency. Her work examines economic development and environmental impacts of large energy supply, infrastructure and transportation projects (including pipelines), North American and global oil, gas, coal and electricity markets, as well as regulation of natural gas and electricity. Since 2011, her practice has focused on fossil fuel supply and transportation (notably Canadian tar sands, shale oil and gas, coal, pipelines and rail). She has co-authored reports and expert testimony on the most controversial oil, gas and coal projects in North America, including crude oil pipelines (Keystone XL, Enbridge Line 9B, Trans Mountain Expansion Project), natural gas pipelines (Williams Northeast Supply Enhancement (NESE) Project and PennEast) and energy logistics facilities (Millennium Bulk Terminals (coal), Vancouver Energy Distribution Terminal (crude) and Kalama Manufacturing & Marine Export Facility (shale gas/methanol)). Ms. Rowan has provided consulting services in energy economics and regulation and expert evidence in Quebec, Ontario, Manitoba, British Columbia, Washington, California, Colorado, North Dakota, South Dakota, New York, New Jersey and New England, as well as at the Canadian Energy Regulator (CER) and the US Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC).
