During his academic career, Mr. Deitrich served as an Academic Fellow in the area of Federal Income Taxation in addition to receiving CALI Awards for Excellence in Legal Research and Writing and Taxation of S- Corporations. Prior to pursuing a career in the law, Mr. Deitrich received his Bachelor's degree from the University of Southern California and is a graduate of The Hill School.
Mr. Deitrich is licensed to practice law in the state of California (State Bar No. 283752) with practical expertise in the areas of corporate formation, mergers and acquisitions, and taxation. As an attorney with the Law Offices of Thomas Kerns McKnight, his practice focuses on matters of consumer finance and real estate transactions.
Irma C. Coler received her bachelor's degree from Cal State Northridge.
She received her Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law. Prior to joining the bankruptcy lawyers of Thomas K. McKnight, Ms. Coler worked for the State Bar of California. She has also practiced corporate law and immigration law in Miami, Florida. Ms. Coler is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida (State Bar #21861). She speaks fluent Spanish.
