Brad Davis

Brad Davis joined Tradd Commercial in 2017 as a Senior Advisor, specializing in office/medical transactions and major corridors in the Myrtle Beach, South Carolina MSA. He has been involved in the commercial real estate industry in multiple capacities since 2005. Since joining Tradd, Brad has worked with notable national clients and exceeds 30 transactions per year. Prior to joining Tradd, Brad served as an analyst for one of the Southeast's leading provider of commercial real estate data. Previously, Davis was employed with John Dixon & Associates, one of America's leading real estate auction companies, to manage online auctions and business development. He assisted numerous regional and national financial institutions and the FDIC with the liquidation of over $300 million in REO portfolios. Davis is a graduate of Georgia Southern with a degree in Business Administration and holds real estate licenses in both South Carolina and Georgia. He is a member of the Coastal Carolinas Association of Realtors, where he is a member of the Commercial Investment Division. His family attends First Methodist Church of Myrtle Beach.

Bruce Stankavage

Bruce Stankavage specializes as an investment sales broker for self-storage facilities throughout the mid and south Atlantic region. Bruce began his commercial real estate brokerage career in 1993 in the Raleigh-Durham area and has completed in excess of $200 Million worth of real estate transactions. He has over 14 years of direct experience tied to the self-storage industry ranging from buying and selling existing facilities, to developing and building new sites, to managing existing properties. Stankavage previously worked with a national commercial real estate firm. Prior to that Bruce co-founded North State Storage in Durham, NC, which was focused on owning, developing and managing self-storage facilities. Asset values grew to nearly $50 million during his leadership tenure. Prior to founding North State Storage, Bruce worked for McDonald's Corporation as a Real Estate Manager based out of Raleigh, NC. He performed market analyses, financial underwriting and site acquisition duties for restaurant expansion in North and South Carolina. Bruce has a Bachelors degree in Economics & Business from Lafayette College in Easton, PA. and earned a Masters degree from The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology based in Seattle, WA. He holds a real estate license in both North and South Carolina, and was a founding board member of the North Carolina Self-Storage Association.

David Douglas

David Douglas serves as an Advisor for Tradd Commercial and is experienced in multifamily site selection, retail gap analysis, 1031 property selection and asset management. Prior to joining Tradd Commercial, Douglas worked as a consultant for a South Carolina 9% tax credit financed affordable housing developer, generating and using his self-developed GIS models to locate extremely rare sites: multi-family zoned land which needed to be in immediate proximity to 11 different types of amenities. This work led to the construction of six separate apartment complexes ranging from 48 to 88 units each. He was also involved in site selection for multiple 1031 exchanges, including industrial complexes and anchored shopping centers. He previously worked with a retail developer assisting in site selection for new construction shopping centers with anchored grocery tenants in North & South Carolina. He is the owner of a patent involving GIS technology. Douglas is a graduate of the College of Charleston with a Major in Business Administration. He has completed his CCIM coursework and is on track to obtain the CCIM designation. He resides in Myrtle Beach, and attends Mullins Presbyterian Church.

Demetria Lindsey

Demetria Lindsey serves as a Senior Accountant for Tradd Management where she supports the Controller with client reporting and operation of Tradd's web-based accounting and property management platforms. She has 25 years of accounting experience in facilities and institutional property management. Demetria is a graduate of Lander University with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Accounting. Demetria and her husband reside in Greenville, SC and she is actively involved in their nonprofit organization, A Grace to Grow.

Gina Collias

Gina Collias joined Tradd Commercial as a Senior Advisor in 2019 and has been in real estate for many years. Gina has a special interest in land assemblages working on the various land use entitlements that are needed for optimum development. She further has areas of interest in multi-family, single tenant buildings, and retail shopping centers. Gina has been licensed to practice law in both North Carolina and South Carolina for over 30 years doing both commercial and residential real estate. She also has been a licensed Broker with the North Carolina Real Estate Commission for over 15 years. Gina's interest in real estate stems from her maternal grandmother and mother who were both real estate brokers. Gina was reared in Charlotte, North Carolina where she attended St. Gabriel's Catholic School and then graduated high school at Charlotte Country Day. Gina has her undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She then obtained her law degree from Mercer University. She has been married for 31 years to her high school sweetheart. They are the proud parents of three children. Just as her parents had taught her, Gina has instilled the same values of integrity, hard work, and compassion in her children.

Heather Ellis

Heather Ellis serves as Senior Property Manager for Tradd Management in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. She oversees a portfolio of properties handling all aspects of the management process from operations to tenant relations. Prior to joining Tradd Management in 2012, Heather spent over 17 years in various property management roles ranging from multi-family properties, annual rentals, homeowner associations and commercial management. At her previous company, she was head of the management division and tripled the size of the management portfolio. Heather holds the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation from the Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB). He is currently active representing office, industrial, retail/restaurant users site selection/development and recently negotiated a lease for a new HQ facility for a large international company in the Charlotte Region. Prior to joining Tradd Commercial of Charlotte in 2017, John was the broker-in-charge and co-owner of Trueview Commercial Real Estate . John also managed, leased, and developed over 700,000 Sf of industrial space in the Charlotte and Norfolk, VA regions in that time period, through a Shaheen family partnership. He started his commercial real estate career in 1999 with the Kuester Companies, based in Fort Mill, SC. Predating his Real Estate industry experience, he served in various sales, marketing, and management positions in the early to late 1990's with two Fortune 500 companies (Waste Management, Inc. and Ashland Inc.). Martin Johnson

Neto Minchillo

Pat Clark - COO

Pat Clark is the Director of Operations and Broker in Charge for Tradd Commercial and Tradd Management in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Ms. Clark manages all aspects of property management and leasing for the company's Asset Management Division. The Tradd Commercial Management portfolio covers all commercial sectors, to include office, medical, retail, industrial, and covers all residential sectors to include HOA's and apartments. Ms. Clark brings a wealth of property management experience to the Tradd Commercial organization. She worked 13 years with Century 21 Boling & Associates. During her tenure, Century 21 Boling was the highest producing Century 21 in the state of South Carolina. She then went on to manage the South Grand Strand Operations for Benchmark Management Group, Inc. Under her direct supervision, the South Strand operations grew from 4 properties and 20 Board of Directors to 18 properties and 32 Board of Directors. Pat served in this capacity for eight years. Pat Clark hails from Camden, South Carolina. Ms. Clark graduated from USC-Coastal Carolina in 1980 with a bachelor's degree in Education. Ms. Clark is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of South Carolina. Ms. Clark is a member of both the SC State IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) chapter and the National IREM organization. McNew served as a South Carolina Real Estate Commissioner and has served on the Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce Board, Grand Strand Economic Outlook Board (Waccamaw Regional Council of Governments), Founder and Chairman of the Commercial Investment Division for the Coastal Carolina Association of Realtors, moderator for the properties committee and session member for First Presbyterian Church of Myrtle Beach and Advisory Board of the Center for Real Estate and Economic Development at Coastal Carolina University.
