Alan Doniger

Alan Doniger established a consultancy in 2010 to assist customers with process and technology initiatives, particularly in the areas of upstream oil & gas and computer & information technology. Mr. Doniger previously worked for nineteen years with Energistics, previously called POSC, a not-for-profit, consortium for the development of industry standards for data exchange, reference data, knowledge-information-data taxonomies and catalogues, application interoperability, and data management in the Exploration and Production (E&P) sector of the Oil and Gas industry. Alan served as CTO and was involved in the planning and execution of standards development and support, special interest groups, marketing, and communications. He maintained liaison with industry collaborative and standards organizations, including ISO, MIMOSA, OMG, The Open Group, Open O&M, POSC Caesar, PIDX, and PPDM Association. Prior to the standards work, Mr. Doniger worked for Gulf Oil Corporation and Chevron for ten years. During his tenure, he was responsible for managing a software standards, methodology, and tools group. In addition, he was responsible for leading the development of a multi-disciplinary, integrated E&P data and functional model. This was preceded by consulting, management, and technical positions at Computer Sciences Corporation, involving the communications, insurance, banking, manufacturing, and oil industries. He specialized in data base systems and software development methodology. Mr. Doniger holds an MS degree in Computer Science and an AB degree in Mathematics from Cornell University. He is a member of the ACM, the IEEE Computer Society, and the Society of Petroleum Engineers. Mr. Doniger has served The Open Group's customer members since 1996, serving as an elected customer member representative on the Open Group Governing Board since 1998. He served as Chair of the Governing Board from 2004 to 2008.

Andras is Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for The Open Group. Andras is a recognized expert on Supply Chain Security, Cloud Architecture, and Cybersecurity. He is widely recognized as the driving force behind ISO/IEC-20243 better known as the Open Trusted Technology Provider™ Standard (O-TTPS) and his tireless work to establish recognized professional credentials for technology professionals through the creation of the Open Professions Framework. Andras has achieved professional certifications in security (CSSLP), solutions architecture (Distinguished Certified Architect), and supply chain security (Master Certified Trusted Technology Practitioner). His experience spans over 30 years of research, telecommunications, global standards contributions, and public sector executive leadership.

Andrew Josey

Andrew Josey is VP Standards and Certification overseeing all certification and testing programs of The Open Group. He also manages the standards process for The Open Group. Since joining the company in 1996, Andrew has been closely involved with the standards development, certification and testing activities of The Open Group. He has led many standards development projects including specification and certification development for the ArchiMate®, TOGAF®, POSIX® and UNIX® programs. He is a member of the IEEE, USENIX, and the Association of Enterprise Architects (AEA). He holds an MSc in Computer Science from University College London.

Ard de Bruijne

Ard de Bruijne is Lead Enterprise Architect at Shell and has over 20 years of experience in delivering and managing IT architectures in large international enterprises and organizations. This experience, combined with a background in applied computer science and business administration, makes Ard a leader who makes digitalization real in sustained business outcomes. Ard is a strong driver of open standards and solutions as a key component of building sustained business outcomes, with an ever growing importance in the future connected and rapidly evolving business models. Christopher Frost

David McCall

James Scott is Chief Financial Officer of The Open Group and a member of the Executive Management team. James is also Corporate Secretary of The Open Group Governing Board. His duties include internal financial reporting to the Board and the Executive Management team. James liaises with company auditors, tax advisors, bankers and statutory authorities and manages compliance obligations in the various territories of Open Group operations. As Corporate Secretary, James has responsibility for Governing Board agendas, reports, meetings and minutes. James previously worked for 10 years at Logica plc, in various senior financial management roles within businesses based in the UK, Europe and India. Most recently, he served as Finance Director of Logica's global Outsourcing Services operation. James also served as CFO of The Open Group in 2002-03. James began his career working for Ernst & Young in London. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and has an honours degree (BCom) in Commerce with French from the University of Birmingham.

As Vice President of Forum Operations at The Open Group, Ms. Cerenzia is responsible for the day-to-day operations of all Forums, Work Groups, and Consortia, including providing the people, processes, and tools to ensure consistent and quality delivery of standards and work products that are developed, reviewed, approved, and published according to The Open Group Standards Process. She previously served as the Director of The Open Group FACE™ (Future Airborne Capability Environment) Consortium, provided program management and facilitation support to an aviation focused professional group made up of government customers, industry suppliers, customers and users. The FACE Consortium has created and continues to evolve a technologically appropriate open FACE architecture, standards, business model and certification program, resulting in an ecosystem that enables interoperability and portability of applications across multiple aviation platforms. Judy began her career as a Research Engineer for Penn State's Applied Research Lab, where she coordinated multiple, large projects for weapon technology development, leading cross-functional and cross-organizational teams to reach consensus, define, and meet business and technical goals during project lifecycles. She is TOGAF® certified, and holds a BS in Mathematics and MS in Acoustics from Penn State University. She and her husband enjoy walking the beaches, sea kayaking, and cycling at their home in Sarasota, FL.

Kartik Ravel

Laura also consulted for Mayo Clinic using Google Cloud Platform to meet compliance regulations and ensure the security of patient data. As the State of Wisconsin Architect for DXC/Gainwell, she designed with the Open Group's healthcare reference architecture, OHERA that assisted in increasing Medicaid accounts. UnitedHealth Group executive architect for United Healthcare commercial portfolio, as well as the M&A architect for OptumServe-Logistics Health Inc. Ms. Hugill Belken is actively engaged and promotes The Open Group, Healthcare Forum. She has contributed to publications and reference architectures of The Open Group, including most recently Hospital Reference Architecture Guide. Within the discipline of architecture, she is a member of the Chief Architect Forum, Women in Architecture, ITANA, and a Google Global Ambassador for Women TechMakers. Prior to enterprise architecture, she was an Organic Valley international farmer advisor that initiated the first US organic agriculture commodities market. Laura has circumnavigated the world three times with the Semester at Sea program. Passionately promoting enterprise architecture in higher education, Laura was also Assistant Dean at Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI.

Masateru Awatsu

Ms. Joanne Woytek

Ms. Joanne Woytek is the Program Manager for the NASA SEWP Program. Ms. Woytek manages the strategic direction, planning and day-to-day operations of SEWP - a premier Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) providing Federal Agencies access to the latest in Information & Communication Technology product solutions. Ms. Woytek, a 37-year veteran to Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC) in Greenbelt Maryland, has served in her current Program Management role for the past fifteen years. She has been a key figure in the continual evolution of SEWP since its inception more than twenty years ago. In this capacity, she has received more than ten performance awards from NASA including: The Acquisition Improvement Award, Customer Service Excellence Award, Group Achievement Award and The Productivity Improvement and Quality Enhancement Award, as well as the Coalition for Government Procurement's 2014 Lifetime Acquisition Excellence Award, and MAGIC 2013 Acquisition Excellence Government and Industry Cooperation Award. Prior to SEWP, Ms. Woytek served as a NASA mathematician focused on systems administration, database management and user application programming.
