Theurer's Quality Meats, is a family owned processing facility located in Lewiston Utah. Our commitment to food safety and customer satisfaction has been passed down through four generations. We built a new processing facility in May of 2004, celebrating our 100th anniversary. The goal of Theurer's Quality Meats is to serve the highest quality and safest products to our customers. We specialize in offering unique, premium cuts that meet you specifications... Theurer's Quality Meats is a United States Department of Agriculture inspected processor and distributer of beef, bison, lamb, and pork. We ensure quality product through Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point compliance and Good Manufacturing Practice programs. The plant's Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures include daily pre-operational inspections that ensure that the facility is ready to process.
