Nick boasts a very strong expertise in listing and selling residential, commercial and Cape Cod National Seashore property on the Outer Cape, along with intimate knowledge of subdivision regulations, Massachusetts state building code and the complicated state "Title V" sanitary/septic disposal regulations. Nick has over 4 1/2 decades of experience in land division and development and is an active proponent for Outer Cape conservation, affordable housing and open space/land bank acquisition.
Known for her enthusiasm, Jennifer has been a crucial member of our company for the past 11 years and has been responsible for the every day back office functioning of both the sales and rental offices. We are pleased to have her join our sales team.

Kathy takes great pride in the relationships that she has built with clients over time. Her position as Office Assistant to Nicholas Brown allows her to get to know the clients, their families and their individual situations whether they are buying a condo in Provincetown, selling a home in Truro or negotiating a purchase in Wellfleet. Originally from Western Massachusetts, Kathy spent her childhood summers in North Truro. This is when she initially fell in love with the area, especially Coast Guard Beach! After spending her summers here, Kathy decided to make the move and now, living with her husband and teenage daughter, has been a Truro resident for over 25 years. Kathy has an Associates' Degree in Commercial Finance from Boston's New England College of Finance and specializes in assisting with the financing of commercial properties on the Outer Cape. When Kathy is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her family on the beautiful beaches in our area, Hatches Harbor in particular, walking the woods of Truro with her Golden Retriever, taking in the gorgeous views at Great Island in Wellfleet, and watching her daughter's sporting events. She volunteered for several years for the Truro Recreation sports program and is a past member of the Board at the Pilgrim Monument and Museum.
Raised in Orleans and now a resident of Truro, Lucy is extremely familiar with life on the Outer Cape. She is experienced in real estate sales on Cape Cod and has been involved in construction, development and real estate for over thirty-five years here on the Outer Cape. She presently handles all facets of marketing for both Brown Associates and Cape Vacation Rentals. Degree in Sales & Marketing; formerly associated with Nickerson Realty Corp. where she handled all phases of land development, as well as site & plan approval of all residential construction. She has an intimate knowledge of our market area; active member of the National Association of Realtors, Massachusetts Association of Realtors and the Cape Cod & Islands Association of Realtors. Past member and Vice-Chair of the Truro Board of Health for over 10 years.
