The Mount Befriending Service is open to older people who are aged 60 plus irrespective of background, status or religious persuasion in a way that supports others agencies working with older people in the community. We aim to promote the wellbeing of older residents living in the south east area of Glasgow specifically those who are isolated and lonely as a result of an illness, disability, age or family circumstances and also those who care for them.
