Anne Love

Anne has been involved in The Mandalay Projects since the very beginning. Anne holds qualifications in economics and accounting. She has over 25-years' experience in advising small and medium size enterprises on accounting, budgeting and regulatory compliance. She currently resides in Western Australia where she provides bookkeeping and administration services to a public accountant, and a local not-for-profit organisation. Anne has been part of The Mandalay Projects team from the very beginning. She has been involved in event management, donor relationships, and project coordination.

David Gibson - CEO

David is the driving force behind our projects and day-to-day operations. David holds an Honors Degree in Business Studies. With 35-years' experience, David has worked in, and been advisor to, a number of major international funds management companies. David has extensive senior management experience and has worked in London, New York, Tokyo, Singapore and Australia. He has served on a number of government panels and industry bodies. He currently resides in Queensland where he runs his own international funds management consultancy practice. David co-founded The Mandalay Projects and has held the positions of director and chief executive officer since inception. David's focus is on project initiation, execution and assessment, but his general management experience is of significant benefit to all aspects of our operations and governance.

Ian Love - Chairman, Founder

Ian leads the governance of The Mandalay Projects. Ian holds qualifications in commerce and law. With over 30-years' experience, Ian has held senior positions in some of the world's largest financial services companies. He has global experience in compliance and control functions, as well as client facing roles. He currently resides in Western Australia where he is the founder and CEO of a digital asset management fund. Ian co-founded The Mandalay Projects and has held the position of executive chairman since its inception. Ian's focus is on the governance and regulatory side, but he is never happier than when he is in the field checking on an existing project and looking for new ones to begin. Ian is an expert on the legal aspects of slavery, and made a number of written submissions to the 2017 Australian Government inquiry on slavery.

Lucy Henry

In her day job, Lucy is director of Marketing Umbrella, a consulting agency that provides marketing services to corporate, not-for-profit and government organisations. Lucy specialises in marketing strategy, branding and identity, advertising and promotional campaigns and communication and has been recognised through a number of awards for her outstanding quality and valuable work.
