Jamie leads Tierra's team and client services.
An early adopter, he is passionate about delivering the right web and mobile solutions to every single client problem he encounters.
After a previous career working in finance in Latin America, he became fascinated with mobile and web technologies for their mass communication potential across cultures and languages.
Tierra's business grew from Jamie's interest in making smart technology that works for people, brands, and publishers, not the other way around.
Prior to starting up Tierra, Jamie was co-founder and COO of Moeo, Inc, a pioneering wireless software firm that was acquired by Goldpocket Interactive in 2002. He holds a BA in English from Georgetown, an MBA from Yale University School of Management and he studied computer science at Harvard University. He is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.

Scott leads Tierra's software engineering and development team.
With his ever-attentive ear to clients' needs, Scott brings pragmatic problem-solving and a deep reservoir of coding experience to everything he does. Though he never takes credit, he always delivers the goods, patiently and with great skill. Scott's work and ethos is at the foundation of our business.
Scott has 25+ years of experience creating software, mobile and web-based products and services, built on open-source software. His expertise ranges from content management applications to web and desktop apps and mobile platforms.
Scott was an early employee at Moeo, Inc. with Jamie where he developed one of the first commercial mobile content publishing systems in the US market. Prior to that Scott helped build Oxygen Media's converged web platform and designed and implemented email client software and gateways for Apple, Microsoft and the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center. Scott holds a BSEE from UVM.
