Gretchen Solnosky joined TAS in 2009. She is a SC State Certified Real Estate Appraiser. Gretchen performs appraisals in most of Horry County and the Northern portion of Georgetown County. She has been appraising in the local market since 1996.

Julie began appraising real estate in 1993. She formed her own company in 1995, where she worked until joining Thompson Appraisal Services in 2016. She has been appraising in Horry and Georgetown Counties for the entirety of her career.
Kelly is the newest addition to the Thompson Appraisals team joining us in the capacity of Office Manager. Kelly has over 10 years of experience in this field. She receives all new order requests and provides assistance with general appraisal questions.
Serving Myrtle Beach, Thompson Appraisal Services was established in 1993 by H.E."Ki" Thompson, Jr. who has concentrated on building his company with a knowledgeable team of real estate appraisers.
Ki Thompson received his broker's license in 1981. He has experience in real estate sales and rentals. He started doing appraisals in 1983 and in 1986 he dedicated his career to residential appraisals. In 1993 he opened Thompson Appraisal Services.
