Tioga was originally formed in 1984 as Tioga Construction Company, Inc. In 1990, Tioga divided the Building division from its Bridge and Heavy Highway area of business, thus forming Tioga Building Company... Tioga has worked extensively throughout Eastern New York State completing several projects as a zone master contractor for Verizon (formerly Bell Atlantic). These projects were completed under strict work regulations and performance standards.
