- Acquisition Analyst for Transcendent Investment Management
Aidan McLaughlin is Acquisition Analyst for Transcendent Investment Management. Mr. McLaughlin performs research and analysis on SFR and BTR acquisitions and has been involved with the purchase of over 500 assets throughout the southeastern US. Mr. McLaughlin earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Miami Herbert Business School.
Brandon Peters is the Director of Construction for TIMGMT. Mr. Peters has over 25 years of experience in the home building industry. Most recently he brought a division that averaged $4M in profit to upwards of $7M and enhanced multiple aspects of the business by improving overall measurable metrics in departments such as Construction, Warranty, Purchasing, Cycle Time. Prior to this, Mr. Peters worked for a National Homebuilder for 17 years in multiple aspects and multiple divisions of the company as a Vice President where he analyzed Operations of the business on how to become more profitable. Early in his career, he worked in all aspects of field management, and he has built every level of home from single-family to multi-family. He has worked in multiple states and holds multiple contractor licenses and certifications. Mr. Peters received his B.A. Degree from Western State University.

Dana Winters oversees the daily operations and strategic direction for the company's portfolio of single-family rentals, as well as managing external communications, investor reporting and workflow efficiencies. Dana joins TIMGMT with almost 15 years of experience working in varying finance capacities. After starting her career in investment banking at Sandler O'Neill, focusing on mergers & acquisitions and capital markets, Mrs. Winters transitioned to corporate finance in the tech space and managed a $3Bn P&L and strategic planning for Indeed.com. Most recently, Dana joined two industry leading VC-backed wellness tech startups as Director of Finance, where she built out the finance functions, led corporate initiatives and managed Board and Investor relations for Thrive Global and most recently Chopra Global. Dana received her B.A in Finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.

Daniel Ackerman is an Asset Management Analyst for Transcendent Investment Management. Mr. Ackerman prepares financial reports, due diligence, and communications packages for investors and third-party shareholders, he also performs underwriting and market analysis for Transcendent's SFR and BTR acquisitions. Mr. Ackerman earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Florida's Heavener School of Business.

Gina Cabral is a certified public accountant with over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. Ms. Cabral began her career at a Big 4 Accounting firm where she served a variety of domestic and international clients, including both public companies and privately held organizations. During her thirteen-year tenure, she specialized in audits of companies in the real estate, construction and hospitality industries. Ms. Cabral currently leads the Corporate Accounting and Finance departments for TIMGMT. She has a very hands-on approach and works closely with the Company's executive team in executing the strategic initiatives of the company. Ms. Cabral also has a wide variety of reporting experience including working closely with investors, lenders, builder partners and regulators to provide each the information they need. Ms. Cabral holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a dual major in Accounting and Finance from the University of Miami. She is also a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Ms. Spillane began her professional career in the United States Navy. After 6 years she left the service and worked in pharmaceutical research before endeavoring on a career in real estate (title insurance, investment, and due diligence.) Ms. Spillane spent a significant amount of her 25-year real estate career at LandAmerica Title and Fidelity National Title, where she gained expertise in commercial and residential underwriting, real estate transaction management and leading diverse teams; she was instrumental in expanding title insurance operations into the Caribbean, Mexico, Central & South America, Asia-Pacific and the European Union.
Ms. Spillane received degrees from both the University of Hawaii and Missouri State University. She was a founding member of the Orlando City Soccer Foundation, was a long-standing member of Orange County CREW; is currently a Guardian ad Litem, Vice President of the Poinsettia Heights Civic Association and Speakers Bureau Chair for the League of Women Voters of Broward County.
Jordan Cohen - Chief Investment Officer
Jordan Cohen is the Chief Investment Officer for TIMGMT. Mr. Cohen has over 15 years experience in real estate private equity, hedge funds and the capital markets. Most recently, he helped build a real estate private equity fund focused on hospitality assets in excess of $1B AUM with LP partners including Carlyle, Goldman Sachs, et al. Prior to, Mr. Cohen was a senior executive in Boston at a real estate private equity firm where he spearheaded efforts on the origination and capital markets side, growing the firm from $600M to over $2B deployed in bridge, mezzanine, and equity investments. Earlier in his career, Mr. Cohen gained experience in both acquisitions and portfolio management working with a private REIT/family office. Together, they deployed in excess of $4.2B alongside JV partners like Cerberus and Lubert Adler, including real estate investments in Albertsons, expanding the portfolio to over 18M sf of real estate. Mr. Cohen received his B.A. cum laude in Political Science from Tufts University and has completed additional coursework at Harvard Business School.

Jordan established Transcendent Investment Management in 2008 to lay the foundation for his vision of a data-driven real estate investment platform in the single-family residential space to capitalize on what he saw as clear opportunities created by the distressed U.S. real estate market of the time. After further developing his proprietary ERP solution, TIAS ResiPro ™, Jordan formed the firm's vertically-integrated Build US Back® line of companies as its operating platform to research, select, acquire, renovate, rent and, at the right time, resell properties in-house; becoming the subject of a 2014 Harvard Business School case study entitled, "Build U.S. Back: Opportunities in the U.S. housing market."
Prior to launching Transcendent, Jordan successfully formed and grew an international high-tech toy company in Hong Kong and China, which he sold in 2003 to return to the U.S. and co-found JL Real Ventures, a private equity fund that assembled a portfolio of multi-family properties in the Southeastern United States.
Jordan earned his B.A. in Hospitality Management and Finance from Florida International University, pursued graduate-level studies in real estate finance at Harvard University and is a graduate of Harvard Business School's OPM program. He served as a trustee on the Florida State Pension Plan Board, which oversees $127.8 billion in total assets and currently serves on the Advisory Board for Aviator Capital Management, a full service commercial passenger aircraft leasing and management firm based in Miami, Florida.

Kimmi Stultz is the Director of Nutrition and Community Engagement for ARK Living Health and Wellness. An expert in all things food and nutrition, Kimmi is combining the world of pharmacy and food to help our community members support their biochemistry with the proper combination of nutrients. In her previous experience, Kimmi has always chosen opportunities where she is a part of something that promotes wellness. Outside of ARK Living Health and Wellness, Kimmi gives back to South Florida with other health initiatives. She currently serves as an assistant professor at the NSU College of Pharmacy and is the founder of Juicery RX, a juice shop centered around nutrition. Kimmi is always looking for new ways to share that a healthy lifestyle isn't just reserved for the wealthy.

Mark Chang is the Financial Associate for Transcendent Investment Management. During Mr. Chang's tenure at TIMGMT, he headed the underwriting on all SFR and BFR acquisitions which led to the purchase of over 500 assets throughout the sunbelt. Mr. Chang earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Duke University.

- Chief Operating Officer for Transcendent Electra
Miles Adams is the Chief Operating Officer for Transcendent Electra. Mr. Adams has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. Miles began his career at a Big 4 Accounting firm where he served a variety of public and private REITS, real estate developers and owner/operators in the industry. After leaving public accounting, Miles served as Chief Accounting Officer for BSR Trust (BSRTF; Toronto Exchange) and entered the single-family industry in 2014 as CFO of HavenBrook Homes, which was owned and sponsored by PIMCO. After the sale of HavenBrook to Front Yard Residential (FYR), a public SFR, Mr. Adams served as Senior Vice President of Operations. In this role, he led the property management team and integration of the 15,000 homes owned by FYR prior to the Company's eventual sale to Pretium Partners in 2021.
Mr. Adams holds both a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Masters of Accounting from the University of Georgia. Mr. Adams is a certified public accountant, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is a CPA licensed in the state of Georgia.

Zaira Sultanova is a Marketing Manager for Transcendent Investment Management. She began her career in commercial real estate, working on brand management, communications, events, and social media marketing for Creative Quarter, a Ukrainian company that provides flexible shared workspaces for IT start-ups. Before joining the team, Zaira led a couple of projects as a brand manager helping small businesses create and execute their marketing strategy from scratch.
In TIM, Ms.Sultanova is responsible for all marketing communications, digital marketing implementation, ILS advertising for single-family rentals, social media channels as well as brand management in general. Zaira received her B.A in International Information from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Ukraine, and her M.S in Integrated Marketing Communications from Roosevelt University, Chicago, IL.
