Clement Yeh

Clement Yeh, MD, is a double board-certified anesthesiologist and pain management physician at Republic Spine and Pain, with offices in Austin and Georgetown, Texas. Dr. Yeh offers patients a multidisciplinary-guided approach to treating pain. He is an active member of the Travis County Medical Society, the Texas Medical Association, and the Texas Pain Society. Dr. Yeh earned his bachelor's degree in biology with a minor in chemistry from Baylor University in Waco, Texas, on a presidential and premedical scholarship. He went on to complete his medical degree at Texas Tech University School of Medicine in Lubbock. During this time, he completed his clinical clerkships, where he mentored premedical students at the University of Texas at El Paso regarding their career choices. Dr. Yeh furthered his medical education at Parkland Memorial Hospital and UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, where he completed a residency in anesthesiology. While a resident, he published research in cardiovascular anesthesia and presented research posters at national anesthesiology meetings. While he thrived in the fast-paced and intellectually stimulating environment that anesthesiology provided, Dr. Yeh's desire for a more traditional patient-physician relationship spurred him to pursue additional training in the field of pain medicine. He chose to remain at UT Southwestern Medical Center to complete a fellowship in interventional pain management where he was trained in the latest techniques for both acute and chronic pain conditions. While there, Dr. Yeh presented cutting-edge research findings at national pain society meetings. When not seeing patients, Texas-native Dr. Yeh enjoys playing soccer at Zilker Park, or wakeboarding and snowboarding when the seasons permit. Dr. Yeh loves spending his time exploring Austin with his wife Krista and daughter Isla.

James Fay

James Fay, MD, is triple board certified in anesthesiology, pediatric anesthesiology, and pain medicine by the American Board of Anesthesiology. He treats patients at Republic Spine and Pain, with locations in Austin and Georgetown, Texas. Dr. Fay is an active member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists, the Texas Medical Association, and serves as a delegate for the Texas Society of Anesthesiologists. Dr. Fay earned his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in Terre Haute, Indiana, before completing his Master of Engineering in Bioengineering at Texas A&M University in College Station. While at Texas A&M, he completed a graduate-level project on the biomechanical stresses produced in the knee. Dr. Fay spent two years in pulmonary research at the UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas before his passion for aerospace led to a career at the Johnson Space Center in Houston. While working for NASA, Dr. Fay designed biomedical sensors for use on the International Space Station. He then obtained his medical degree from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock. He went on to complete his residency in anesthesiology at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. Dr. Fay served as the chief of anesthesia at Covenant Medical Center in Lubbock, specializing in pediatric and neuro-anesthesia, as well as regional anesthesia for orthopedic procedures. After six years in private practice for anesthesia, Dr. Fay returned to the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston and completed an interventional pain medicine fellowship.

Ramesh M. Singa

Ramesh M. Singa, MD, is a double board-certified anesthesiologist and pain management physician with the team at Republic Spine and Pain in Georgetown and Austin, Texas. Dr. Singa was born in Chicago, Illinois. He completed his undergraduate studies in biomedical engineering at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland, and his graduate studies in international health at Johns Hopkins School of Public Health. He then spent time abroad in East Timor engaged in public health projects before returning to Chicago and starting medical school at Rush Medical College. He trained in surgery and surgical subspecialties in Chicago before completing his anesthesiology residency at RWJ Barnabas in New Jersey. After completing his pain medicine fellowship at Rush University Medical Center, Dr. Singa practiced interventional pain management and anesthesiology in California for four years. He and his wife soon came to their senses and finally moved to Texas. When not practicing medicine, Dr. Singa enjoys hiking, photography, reading, and tennis.
