TITLE TEAM - Key Persons
My name is Chad Black, and I am the President of The Title Team. I graduated from Carthage College in Kenosha, WI with a bachelor's degree in Business. Upon graduation I returned to the family business, Title Underwriters Agency in Rockford, IL which provided me with over 20 years' title and escrow experience. In 2012, I purchased from my father, David Black the four Title Underwriters Agency offices located in Boone and Winnebago counties in Illinois.
I am a member of the American Land Title Association and Wisconsin Land Title Association. I am also a member of the Wisconsin Realtors Association, Rock/Green Association of Realtors, and the South Central Wisconsin Builders Association.
My parents are originally from the Beloit area and they have had a long allegiance to the area. I have two children in college. My daughter Kori is attending the University of Wisconsin - Madison and my son and Austen is a student at Carthage College. It's been rewarding to see them grow and develop as young adults. On weekends, I may attend an occasional Badger sporting event or play a round of golf.
I am grateful to have connected with Miles Meidinger and have the opportunity to purchase The Title Team LLC in February of 2015. I am enthusiastic about the synergy of working with the expertise of our outstanding employees and being able to better serve customers on both sides of the Wisconsin and Illinois border. I intend to have a strong presence in our office and look forward to meeting your title insurance needs. I take pride in supporting The Title Team professionals as they stay abreast of changes in the industry. We will continue to provide the same quality products that our customers are accustomed to. I'm Renea Martin. I am the office manager for The Title Team. I have been in the title industry and with the title team for 19 years. I am a Parkview High School graduate and attended Blackhawk Tech for my Administrative Assistant training. I've lived in the Rock County area for over 40 years. I am married to my husband Larry, we have a son and a daughter, four grandsons and one grand-daughter. My interests and hobbies are: reading, spending time with my family, riding my motorcycle and enjoying the lovely Wisconsin scenery.
